I understand Corbin will travel to Knott County Central next year on week 9 in the new district. along, but, not bad trip. KCC knows they have to really step it up and will do the work necessary to compete in this very tough 2A district. Corbin is well respected as a top notch football program by the KCC Football Family and we are looking forward to playing the Redhounds!:ylsuper:

Why is when a Kid does good it's always aginst a weak schedule.. Lewis is as good as I've seen in a while! You have to be good. Same thing for Booby Owens... Last season it was the same thing... weak competition? 188 against Leslie Co. , 162 vs Middlesboro and just played the first half due to injury, and 130 against Breathiit Co....No weak competition there! Give the Kids thier due!

3 Wishes ignore this poster he is not fom Knott County...don't know what his game is......All I will say about the game with Clay is Knott will play hard..last year's game was very competative and i see no reason this game will be any different..Rasshoputin needs to get a life.

According to Letcher Central's schedule they play Evangel Christian this season. Uh-oh!

First of all Rasputin is not a Knott County poster. Very few Patriot players if any read these posts on BGP. One thing for sure they will play hard for 48 minutes and if SC beats them as bad as the posters say so be it.

Bobby had 96 yards rushing...Knott did not run very plays on offense...Bobby had over 200 all-purpose yards.. Knott's defense forced several turnovers that led to short scoring drives...recovered the opening kickoff at Magoffin's 15 yard line.3 plays to score...next series on 2nd play Magoffins fumbles Owens returns it 40 yards to 1 yard line..1 play to score after Magoffin punt Owens scores from 40 on 1st play from scrimmage thats the kinda night it was. Officials called a good game ,but have never seen a block in the back called on defense,,any Ref that can explain it? Good win for Knott ..Hats off to Coach McCoy... he has the community excited about football in Magoffin Co. :ylsuper:
