This was a hard fought game from start to finish, and fun to watch. IMO, there was no loser.

PC dominated the game from the start of the 2nd quarter when they where down by 14 points. They lead as much as 18 points. 32 point turn around I believe this was total domination. BB did not have a lot of open looks at the 3 in the 4th. The reason #44 looked bad was because of Patrick"The Beast" Elliot. If big Pat wasn't blocking his shot he was taking him to the hole. BB started out with great defence in the first quarter. Plus they hit the 3 which was the difference in the first quarter. 2nd quarter PC changed up their offence and started to play defence. The rest is history. The key to this game was BB had no answer for Elrod. PC down 14-1st quarter PC down 7-2nd quarter Game tied 38-38 3rd quarter PC wins by 16.

Yes he did play at Moorehead.

I am not sure if he made an appearance in the NBA, but he was drafted by the Phoenix Sun I believe. His son is Jon Elrod on the PC team.

His brother Jim Wright was also a pretty good player on that 71 team.

Probably the best player on the 71 team was Jerry Wright.

Bobby played on the 71 team that went to state, but he was not even the best player on that team. There was no great players on that team, but they all played team ball.

I have not heard of him.

I have not got to see any of the games, yet. I am driving down today to watch the PC/SL game. The big kid from Senior did get 39 points against PC. I got this schedule from Jim Scheu. You could pm him to see if there is a change.

We no longer play in the District against the NKY teams. I think we should not be considered in the poll at all anymore if it is not going to be fair. I am satisfied not being grouped with NKY.

They lost 3 starters and their 7 & 8 players off the bench. They had a lot of Juniors that played on the JV team last season that did not get much Varsity action.

Pendleton whips power from Florida Might be some interest to some PC fans.
