Like all rivalry games such as UNC vs Duke or OSU vs Michigan, this game could go either way BUT the Camels are the better team and should win this one. Go Camels!

Not sure what happened to the Camels in this game but I believe that they will get it together for the districts. But it will be up to the players, they will need to make the plays and show the determination to win. For the seniors this is it, it is game time and down to the wire and I know that they want to go out a winner and leave it all on the court. I for one say.......GO CAMELS, play hard and have fun! Forget this game there are more important ones to come.

I have never been impressed with the 9th region officials.

Pat Nerl did not dress due to an ankle sprain. I do not know the specific stats but Albrecht and Jolly played well.

Leading scorers for the Camels were Jolly with 18, Franzen, Ben with 15 and Nerl with 10. Albrecht did not play.

Mason has a nice team, but I hope that they learn to not overreact to every foul that is called on them. They always had that look of.....no way can you call that on me. I guess with success it breds some sense of arrogance but for an outsider looking in, it looks bad. I did not see that in earlier years, just with this group. A lot of whinning but then they are young. Mason fans, good luck with the rest of the season, get ready to leave work early, load the car and drive over here this year. And maybe have a few more meals at LaRosa's.

That is a tough question....every fan expects their team to win and are disappointed when they do not. In this thread I believe that the comments were on the style of game that was played tonight not on the expectations for this team. I feel that Clark is an excellent team and was even shorthanded tonight, but I would have just liked to see a more up tempo offensive type of game BUT that is the the type of basketball I enjoy. Not that it is the only way to play and not that the Camels would have won if that is what they played, they may have lost by more. I guess I feel that if you do not score no matter how well you play D you will lose.

If you like D I guess it would have been a good game but for most it was a bore! I hate to see such offensive talent stand around and hold the ball and stall. A gamble that did not pay off this time. :idunno:

But we really need to pull one out and the sooner the better!
