Someone changed that from HHS to Highlans....can we add the D in there somewhere?

This is what I have been asking all year, well for the last 10 years. I consider Dale and Co. to be a great coaching staff, however I just cant seem to figure this play calling out at times. Oh yeah and one more thing, I guess he didnt learn his lesson last year in the state game about making other teams kick off again rather than taking the stinkin penalty with field position.

OK well is it just me or did you not see the first line of my post...TOTAL DOMINATION ALL NIGHT? LC was good, I am not taking anything away from how they played...GREAT! What I am saying however is that we have never called the short pass its always a stinking bomb that results in great things against lesser opponents and turnover on downs or punts against good opponents!

HHS couldnt do squat! They man handled us all night long. Only positive yardage was on the return game.

Killed us...our feathers were frozen together!! Hats off to the Knights they plucked us nose to tail tonight!!

If you cannot stop 8 in the box routinely...why is Cecil under center on every play. Give that kid a chance, back him up and use the shotgun for a play or so to call that quick pass. I know I know, here we are second guessing the play calling after a loss, but DaBirdMan has it exactly right on the definition of insanity...doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result!

Hats off to the Knights. Total domination all night long. Is it just me or is there no play in the book for a 3 and 7 or 8? Why are we always calling a stinkin 30 or 40 pass in those situations. How many first downs did we have tonight 2? We were man handled everywhere and play calling helped us 0!

Anyway...the cannon. It should sound good tonight, it always seems to sounds better on these nice crisp evenings!!

The good news for us Birds fans is simply that Dale has gone away from the jet the last week or so. They had a lot of success running up the gut last week. It was nice to see some newer tricks come out of that deep bag, rather than the same sets that everyone thought they were going to be defending throughout the game!!

Off subject a bit...but when do presale tickets go up for grabs at HHS? Need to send the sis to pick some up for our clan!

I would have to agree, they did that on many occasions. They also decided that it of course would be a good time to chant and play songs and dance while the STATE CHAMPION girls soccer team was being honored as well.
