why are Rice and Jefferson sitting games out??? it is just to rest them and develop the bench or are there other reasons???

PC still struggled to beat non playoff single A teams last season... I don't have anything against the cats but that conference could be very overwhelming...

:confused: So you're saying Ft. Mitchell has no residency requirement means anyone can attend B-wood, even from Newport, Bellevue, Dayton etc.?

Just curious....how does one legally "attract fringe players from outside the district" in a public school? Would they not have to establish residency?

I think that was it now that I think about it... I think that there was two T's before the game for dunking and then he got that one during the game which would make sense of him getting thrown out.. Thanks for clearing that up...

Hicks is definately taller than 6'4'', his 6'6'' listing sounds pretty accurate... But at this point if we are talking UC they would take him because they can't recruit anyone and they only have 9 scholarship guys!

Don't know... Are technicals charged to the "bench" and to the "coach" the same thing technically?

Clarks coach was thrown out after one technical because they got one for dunking before the game and they said that with 2 charged to the bench he had to leave :confused: .... After this Bellevue jumped out to a lead, then Clark cut it to 64-61 when Wight from Bellevue fouled out with about 2 and a half minutes left. Bellevue struggled to do anything the rest of the way on and didn't score again until it was 69-64 Clark. The final margin comes because Clark stuggled a bit with foul shots at the end of the game... Bellevue was somewhat lost on the court without Wight...

Who's so sure they will beat Dayton if they do draw them in the district? Cross town rival....Dayton is improving, and they haven't had the easiest schedule to date for a team trying to "re-build"

were Morgan and Boyd the favorites in the 16th???

What is Rice's height? And is the cosensus that Rice Jefferson and Henderson all have a better shot than Hill?

I know most of their better players have another whole year... but who projects to be the best college ball player of them all? Are any of them D1 material? What say you....?

^Beechwood exposed Dan a couple weeks ago... Beechwoods tallest player is about 6'3'' if I'm not mistaken and they held him to something like 5 points and 13 boards...

It is heard in Dayton too... but it doesn't really offend anyone anymore. It is just kind of associated with us now like Highlands and cake eaters. It just would be very good to do a positive chant using the word RATS like they do with cake. Dayton and other river schools don't have to worry about hearing "River Rats" chanted because the only games with student cheering sections from the other teams are game against other rival river schools...
