  1. Is it a running clock at 36 pt lead?
  2. I've got a rule question if anyone knows the answer. During the 2nd quarter, McCracken punted the ball. The ball hit in the red zone and the Clarksville returner opted to not field the ball, however the ball took a big bounce and struck him in the face mask and it landed in the hands of a McCracken player and he took it in for the score. An official signaled TD, but then the ball was taken back to the spot where it struck the Clarksville player. Essentially implying that you can not advance a muffed punt. Is this the rule? I'd never seen this happen/ruled this way. I know you can't advance a kickoff in this manner, but I thought you could a punt.
  3. Final McCracken-20 Clarksville Northeast-28
  4. TD CVNE McCracken -20 CVNE -21 7:17 in the 4th
  5. McCracken drives deep but stalls out. Settles for the FG McCracken-20 CVNR- 14 CVNE big Rb breaks free to the McCracken 9 7:44 4th
  6. TD pass McCracken, 2 PT good McCracken 17-14 CVNE -14 29.5 in the 3rd
  7. McCracken makes a change at QB and driving deep in CVNE red zone.
  8. Mustangs kicks a FG, get the ball back, and throw an INT. MC -9 CVNE- 14 8:21 in 3rd
  9. CVNE takes a muffed punt off the face mask and McCracken took it in for the score, but they say you can't advance a muffed punt? Since when?
  10. TD CVNE on a nice pass and catch. McCracken-6 CVNE -14 2:07 2nd I'm surprised McCracken has held on this long. Get the feeling it's about to get ugly. Hope I'm wrong. McCracken is certainly down at QB after Cash Jones moving on to SEMO...
  11. CVNE scores on 4th &10 deep in McCracken territory after the QB is hit and shoulda been a sack. Gotta wrap up. McCracken 6 CVNE-7 4:56 2nd
  12. McCracken scores on a 3rd and long deep in their own territory on a pad to the flats. C-Ville turns it over on downs for the 2nd possession in a row after a big return. McCracken 6 C-Ville NE 0 4:11 1st quarter
  13. I assure you I am pulling for them, especially McCracken. I'm just giving my opinion of the teams. IMO McCracken, even though they are technically 6A on student enrollment, are essentially a 3A/4A talent level team most every year. For the first few years, the overwhelming majority of the starters were your Lone Oak kids, with a few coming from Reidland/Heath. I don't know if we'll ever see McCracken compete for a state title in 6A unless the kids that normally would've played at Tilghman end up at MCHS. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I will be.
  14. While I agree with you on most of your points, it doesn't change the fact that both team are not very good/talented this year. Just calling it like I see it. W's will be hard to come by for both teams this year. Mayfield will likely run both of them off the field.
  15. Fulton County use to have some strong teams in the 90's
  16. Neither team is very good this year.
  17. McCracken 20 Tilghman 19 Final in Ot
  18. He's got a good team. I'm pretty sure they wore Calloway County out in a scrimmage 42-0. Stewart County is a 3A school in TN, but I'm guessing they aren't that good, but that's just my guess by them getting ran off the field.
