She was wearing maroon and gold at the StateTourney in fact she made the jumbotron!! So in essence it wasn't a rumor!! Again Royal Blue your 16th Region awareness is mind boggling!! On a sidenote, Thomas Tolliver was seen wearing a UK basketball shirt at school yesterday!!! HMMMMM???? Can a visit from Tubby be on the horizon??? What about the rumor that RH boy's coach Tim Fraley was taking the BCHS job and his players with him??? :confused:

I wish they would have played better, I wish they would have won, unfortunately they didn't and their performance will undoubtably cast a negative shadow until next season on the 16th Region. Until will get a better performance in the Sweet 16 this opinion will continue throughout the state. Hopefully a strong cast of returning players- for many area teams- will correct that view over the next several years. Regardless of our 16th representative in 2007 and 2008, IMO their performance will be better!!!

16th Region basketball is continuing to look very unformidable. I was hoping this year we might make a little splash!! Who knows, game not over yet!

Was he state player of the year or just 16th Region Player of the Year??:confused: The paper made it seem like Rex Cooksey was just regional coach of the year.
