Possibly both. I think Coach Eckstein got the most out of his guys @ every stop (Ryle,Carroll,Bellvue). But also @ all 3 places there was some "hangover". It is hard to follow a popular Coach like him, so possibly there is a little trouble @ different points of kids buying into another coach's system.
