Has Elliott played Russell yet this year?

Scott County thought they had the 11th won last year. There are several teams who could win the 11th. I would have to give the edge to SC right now. Scott Co. needs to remember they aren't in the 8th region anymore, and can be beaten any night.

I have to disagree with you about the 14/16 issue. A sixteen year old freshman should be a much better basketball player than a 14 year old one. If he was a true freshman and putting up those kinds of stats, then it would be impressive. Not nearly as impressive as a 16 year old. People just hear the word freshman and don't consider the age.

The post was about the best coach, not the most popular. Lake Kelly was the best coach of my time. I do remember my father in law talking about the walkout with coach Hall. It's hard to go against Lake Kelly when he won back to back 10th region titles.,

I've been to a lot of games all around the state of KY. I'm just saying that when my teams have played at North Laurel, the games have been very lopsided in the foul situation.

Any win at North Laurel is a good win. That place is one of the hardest places to get a fair game than I've ever seen.

Mason County is a good team, but I have a hard time believing they are the second best team in the state of Kentucky right now.

What ranking has MC at the #2 position? I saw that on LEX 18 they were ranked #2. Is this the poll you are referring to?

Where is mhighfields quick post on Fleming's first WIN? I had a feeling the winning post wouldn't come nearly as quick as all of those losses.

MS led by 13 at the half, and went really cold in the third quarter. I think MS is the better team.

I am a little shocked at the outcome of this game. I expected a lot more from Rowan. Garrard looked much better tonight than they did against Madison Southern. I look for a great game tomorrow night at 8:00 when Garrard County plays Madison Southern for the second time this season.

I understand that you post alot of scores, but I don't really remember you being so quick to post Flemings games. I bet if Fleming was winning all their games this year you wouldn't be nearly as eager or quick to get those scores up.

mhighfield, you sure are eager to post all of Fleming County's losses this year. Fleming will be the underdog in every game they play this year.

I believe he coached at Marion County and he came this year from Tennessee. He has been several places.

I'm sure that St. Pat beat Fleming County in the 90's. St. Pat had some good teams in the 90's. But, please remember, that Fleming County had some great teams in the 90's. They did win back to back 10th region championships in 1998 and 1999. As for knowing what I'm talking about, my wife is a F.C. graduate and we both spend alot of time in Flemingsburg. I was just trying to make the point that with F.C.'s recent success it would be hard to lose to two lower tier 10th region teams. Congrats to St. Pat and Augusta. I hope they have great seasons.
