Georgetown runs an Air Raid Offense. Which is what prolly sold him IMO.

It’s going to be a big adjustment for him. Prolly going to be starting at the bottom of the depth chart. He is not only competing against the current player on UK’s roster. But he’s also going to be competing against the portal. Going to work twice as hard as everybody and take full advantage of every single rep he gets.

I’d give Bryson Warner a call too!! Wouldn’t hurt. He did a great job at Boone.

Oh yeah! They are going to get the local kids to stick around, especially the NKY kids. But it is difficult for them to get the out of state kids or guys that are going to be absolute game changers for them.

Yeah Norwell still there. His job is definitely safe, he would have been fired by now if it wasn't. Those guys have been there forever soo. Definitely played a lot of younger guys this year.

Plus he's a graduate of Franklin County and they finished runner up in the state tourney at the time he was hired at Highlands. So he prolly wanted to win a state championship at Franklin County. Plus there is way more pressure to win at Highlands than Franklin County.

He is not a pick for me. Good ball players. But he's not even the best QB in NKY, let alone the whole state. Cash is a great athlete and will be a solid D2/NAIA player, but I believe there are way better ball players with way more qualifications than him for Mr. Football.

He is in a good spot right now. There is not a lot of job opening in Cincinnati right now that would be a step up from Beechwood.

The issue is they’re looking for a HC almost every two years. You can't expect kids to buy into if the HC will leave after two years. Whoever they hire needs to be somebody that’s in it for the long run.

That’s part of it. But Highlands wanted to hire somebody who had prior HC experience and at the time, the only experience Bathiany had was being a DC at Tiffin and Denison.

Gotta think too how many of the kids they are losing are going to school where they think they have a better shot of getting exposure from colleges.

That and then you got to think how many of those kids will end up at a school like Highlands. I know there is a freshman at Highlands right now balling out that was Campbell County for 8th grade. It just comes down to keeping those kids around + development.

Passing on Coach B was a bad move. Only reason they passed on him was because he had no prior HC experience.

Gotta utilize your personnel too. If you’re struggling against the run? What can we do differently? They have blitzes in their defensive playbook.

Yeah if I recall, I don’t think Cov Cath blitz them one time and if you can’t stop the run playing your base defense, you gotta start sending the house. Now there was a couple time throughout the game where OLB did not have O/S contain and got nosey and their was safeties not making tackles. But that’s only a fraction of the rushing yards given up. This time of year, you can’t play conservative.

Don’t think so. But if his son wants to play for him at Moeller. They’re going to find a way. It would even be Moeller’s first rodeo. I know for a fact awhile back there was a kid from Edgewood Ky that went to St. Pius for grade school that played baseball for them.

Technically no. But at the same time, Moeller will find a way and make an exception an allow it.

For those who was at the game! I saw Coach E get heated at one of the coaches at Boyle near the end of the game. Was something said to him that got him heated?

He would have been a huge help at DL tonight against the run.

Cov Cath has two 6’4 220 D1 athlete that were never on the field at the same time.

Yeah but his son is gonna go play for him at Moeller. The pressure to win at both Moeller and Highlands are the same. Only difference is he gets to work with D1 kids left and right plus he took Moeller to state last season. He’s got unfinished business over there.

Yeah if Cov Cath struggle against the run. They are in for a really long night, especially since they are going up against college sized OL. Offensively, Gotta get the pass game going early. It does amazes me that they have 2 TEs on their roster that currently hold D1 Power 4 Offers, yet they are not on the field at the same exact time.

To only have 12 receptions for 241 yards and 3 TDS is extremely underwhelming, especially when you hold a D1 Power 5 Offer and there’s definitely a reason behind it. It’s either A) QB is not getting him the ball or B) he’s hardly being utilized and not being put in a position to where he’s going to make plays.
