Not sure if Beechwood knows it or not but a true 40 front is 4 defensive lineman, not 3 lineman and a backer. 2nd year in a row of that crap. Fryman making about every tackle from safety is ridiculous. Beechwood gets out-coached once again.

So they beat Simon Kenton, who is nothing. They beat New Cath, who is nothing. They beat Dixie, who hasn’t even won a game! So what exactly is this prediction based on? Is 2A down this year?

Beechwood got out coached badly and it shows. I’m not sure what we’re doing when they line up under center with 2 backs in the backfield and tight end. They’ve ran that formation for years now and it’s about a run everytime yet we seem so surprised and let them gash us right up the middle and even on the edge a few plays. Someone’s gotta figure it out. Defense just looks confused and so slow reacting to everything. And how about putting your mike linebacker in man coverage on cch stud running back? What a failure tonight by the coaching staff

Their defense sucks. Always has and always will until they change their system or coaches. Heck look at twenhofel they gave up 40 something points in 9 plays to tichenor.

123 points this year on the first team defense. Those 2022 and 2021 numbers aren’t accurate as over half those points are from jv during running clock.

Sounds to me like they need better conditioning.

Twenhofel and Simon Kenton both get whooped back to back. You think they would change that system they’ve been running for years by now. “Success” isn’t making it to the 2nd or 3nd round and getting blown out. The system sucks and needs to be replaced.

Hard to teach a kid how to be physical. That seems to be what we are lacking this year.

For beechwood looking forward they do, as two teams who will run through them if they show up how they did tonight.

Need my toes and fingers to count the amount of missed tackles by beechwood on that drive. Really need to tighten up if they want a shot at Simon Kenton or cov cath.

It doesn’t seem like they could push their way out of a wet brown paper bag. The softest defense I’ve seen since past years.
