Were your offensive stars hurt too in the scrimmage? Or maybe the other teams defenses weren't as stout as ours. Manual was considered a top team offensively AND defensively in 6A before beating SW, so shouldn't their defense been better at containing us?

Highlands was dehydrated/out of shape. Manual was short 2 QBs... Whatever helps you sleep at night, I guess. Those 2 QBs had nothing to do with the Crimsons giving up 3 offensive scores. Was the defensive coordinator injured too? Lol.

I don't know if Woodford having Senior Day may have affected their focus, or incentivized Bourbon, but WOW. Bourbon came prepared, haven't backed down, and came to PLAY! They are hitting at every level, and aside from the last Jacket scoring drive, have been right there with the Wofo offense. I feel like they will wear down over the 3rd quarter, BUT Woodford's no huddle with multiple dropped passes are definitely giving the Colonels breathing room.

From what I've seen of both, I want to take MC over X this season, but one thing St. X will do is adjust to improve their early shortcomings. I haven't seen any film on you guys yet. I do think Mad. Cent RPI will be pretty high though.

Semi finals? Wowwww! Idk about that. There is a strong chance they get Trinity again in the 3rd round. If Mad. Cent only loses to Douglass in the regular season, the Rocks RPI will likely be lower than the Indians. 3rd round in the "East" bracket should shake out as 1. Douglass, 2. Mad. Cent. 3. Trinity 4. Simon Kenton.
