If I remember correctly, Scott County offense didn't do a whole lot in that game, it was Scott County defense and special teams. Had a cousin on that team, think the score was 24-10 or 24-7 and one of Scott Counties scores came on a blocked FG

Great win by Male- If what Males Coach said is true about their biggest Defense lineman is around 215. I do not see how in the world they would stop Scott County from running straight at them, not going to out run Male that's for sure. I think SC should be number 1, just because they have played a harder schedule, well I think they have could be wrong

Do not be surprised, if it's a blowout again if FD doesn't have a running QB they are not going to beat SC and for sure not going to keep them from scoring. Whenever they play SC will be the best them FD has played BY FAR. Douglas will be about the 3rd or 4th best SC had played( SC scrimmage Central, not sure FD could beat them) and yes I've seen both play in person

Was at the game should have been around 24-7, Scott County was inside Moellers 20 about 3 or 4 times, just couldn't punch it in to Moellers credit. SC def is big, physical and they get to the ball in a hurry. Got LaSalle next week. One more thing, when people say that Covington Catholic is better than SC, I just do not get it. There is nothing to base it on. SC beat them I think in '15 and '16 and most of their players were back off that '16 team. Heard SC wanted to continue the series but Cov Catholic didn't I was told. Great win tonight by both teams, way to represent Kentucky.

Scott County plays at Moeller next week and Cincinnati LaSalle the next playing those 2 teams, that's ALMOST tough as schedule as Trinity's I would guess, could be wrong

Agree also on T/Moe, but no matter what happens in the Scott County game. There is no way FD should be the kings of CKY- playing Wayne Co, Tates Creek and Paintsville- 95% of 6A teams would go 3-0 against that schedule

Most irrelevant score in sports is a halftime score. I guess that's why people think it was close. Out scored them 32-7 in 2nd half. Hope for a good game without any injuries. Any live streaming of the game?

Really not sure if you will know more about Highlands, after Friday or not. Scott County just plays a different brand of football Offensively and Defensively than any other team that Highlands will play. Not saying SC will beat them or what they do is better than anyone else, it's just something different you do not see every Friday night.

SC had 33 1st downs for 650yds WOW, Lafayette had only 10 1st downs for 240yds, SC also fumbled first two times had the ball, so could have been well over 700+

Trinity needs to play this type schedule every game with the type of school and players they have. They could go 0-3 and still be the best team in Kentucky by far, people are saying Male could be best team, but you can't campare playing Floyd Central and Ballard to Carmel and Warren Central not even close guess we will see in a couple of weeks, so if I was a Trinity fan or coach I wouldn't even worry, not sure how much fun I would have though knowing my team going to win state 95% of the time no drama, just my two cents.

Don't get to caught up in that score, after doing some research Lafayette had -9 yards rushing and ran a KO back for a TD, #1 for Lafayette got behind SC secondary a couple of times, and they had only one long drive to open 2nd half. Do not know the kids name but if there is a better Receiver/Athlete in the state than him I would like to see him. SC run defense is so good that teams only option is to pass. I have seen them play the last 2 weeks and there Defense is big, fast, and physical. So yes they will give up a few passing yards because they are high risk high reward, and by the way there Offense scores so fast, the other team gets so many chances to score. Best way I can describe them if you haven't seen them play. Hope the Highlands game is streamed next week, will not be able to make the game
