Which one? I haven't paid as much attention to those guys this year as much as usual except for hearing some on the Jeff Bidwell show.

Absolutely did. Also not taking away from Christian's defense, it's as legit as they come. There were just too many unforced errors on our part, something we were doing much better at.

Didn't see this being that one-sided. I thought Mayfield would win, but the games at Caldwell are unusually pretty entertaining. Mayfield has as good a shot as anyone to take the 2A title. Good luck Cardinals! Bring another championship to Western Kentucky.

Tough to lose this game as a Tilghman fan. Tilghman controlled this game the first 3 quarters. As was the case so many times this year, turnovers changed it all. I know we had at least 6, several deep in Colonel territory. There were a lot of points left on the field for Tilghman. Back to back turnovers, one which was returned for 6 and the other inside the 30 gave Christian all they needed. Just a couple plays make this go from for sure winning the game to going completely the other direction. Tilghman's defense played oustanding. I know this game doesn't mean much in the grand scheme, but was a good measuring stick. We've got a few things to change around. I think we will be a tough out in the playoffs. Good luch both Tilghman and Christian the rest of the way.

4th and goal from the 1 yard line. Can't remember who ran the ball for Graves. From what was said on the radio, there were fights amongst opposing coaches and then Graves people going against their own? I just hope it wasn't as bad as it sounded. Bad ending to a great game.

Sounds like Graves really thought they got the touchdown in overtime. According to the radio broadcast, things got really out of hand after the game.

Good to know! Took a cold shower 3 days in a row last week until I got the new water heater put in.

I must admit, it feels really good to get a win after all the tough, close losses. It also felt really good to not turn the ball over and beat ourselves over and over. I know Trigg isn't the best competition, but this was a step in the right direction. The grueling schedule we played to this point, hopefully coupled with a lot less turnovers will make this a team to watch come playoff time. Lots of young guys getting better with experience.

Unfortunately, mistakes have been the common theme of our season so far. Untimely turnovers and penalties continue to plague this team. That said, the defense has played very good football for the most part. I keep telling myself we won't continue making errors on offense, but so far we have. The real season starts next week. I'm one of the few holding on to hope that the coaching staff gears this offense more toward strengths of the players and not just force the system. I truly believe this team can make a deeper playoff run than most would ever think.

A lot of people were wanting to see Tilghman throw the ball some more, and I think tonight they had a very good game plan. The execution of that plan is something totally different. You have to hold on to the ball and catch passes. It's as simple as that. I still like where this team is in 3A even at 1-3 and think they have a chance to get some things turned around that will really surprise some people.

Mayfield is playing as well as anyone in the state right now. The Tornado are figuring a lot of things out very fast. I've got a lot of things going through my mind that could happen in this game, but I'll keep it short and get to the point. Tilghman gets a couple of much needed players back in the rotation this week that missed the first two games. I know I'm going way against the grain here, but I'm gonna say Tilghman in what looks to be a big upset, 21-17. Good luck to both teams! I think they both have a lot of respect for one another.
