I agree, fans can make an big impact on a game. Players feed off the energy of the students and fans. I think most students and parents only get hype and cheer is when its a rival game, district tournament, or the region tournament.

Kids are not machines, they won't play every game like we adults think they should. We are talking about 16, 17, and 18yr old kids. Sometimes you tip your hat and give the other team credit. Wayne County didn't quit and came back and got the win. It's a learning lesson for both teams on not to quit when you're down, and put a team away when you got a big lead.

Boyle has the best student section I've seen all year!

I agree, there's no reason why Danville shouldn't have a winning record, they returned all 5 starters from last years team and a freshman that's got a chance to be great. For this Danville team to be this bad has got to be frustrating.

Garrard can beat every team in the district but Boyle. Wouldn't suprise me if Boyle and Garrard played for the District Championship.

Danville had no answer for Smith or Alexander. Those two were the best players on the court. They got to the rim anytime they wanted. For Danville to be so athletic, they play NO Defense. Smith and Alexander scored whenever they felt like it. Ford did a nice job on Bryce Slone all night. Danville got absolutely nothing out of their leading scores, Thornton and Sutherland.

These two will be playing at least one more time for the District Championship!

Boyle, Pulaski, or Mercer will win the 12th region. I'm convinced nobody else has a chance.

I think you put Vancleace on Trinity and he would've done the same thing he done at Danville. It's over and done with Vancleave is Mr. Football now let this kid enjoy it. Writers felt like he was Mr. Football so they voted for him. THE END!!!!

I don't know why teams try to talk smack to get in Trevon's head, that does nothing but get him fired up. He's already the best player on the court, why wake the beast up more. Boyle County was getting to the rim anytime they wanted, they just was missing point blank shots. Reese Smith and Alexander was really two players Mercer couldn't stop. Bryce needs to be able to drive to the basket some, it seems like if he's not hitting 3s he's not impacting the game at all. Teams are chasing him off the 3 point line and making him drive. One last thing. I. Love. Carter. Baughman. Kid is fearless and competes every time he's on the court. Trevon is the star and gets all the recognition, but Carter is the unsung hero for the team.

Did the announcer say #23 for Danville was a 7th grader? If so she's gonna be really good. I like the fight in her.

This was a fun game to watch! Boyle was up by 21 early in the 3rd quarter, and Danville stormed back to take the lead late in the 4th. Boyle made free throws late to seal the win. MaKayla Baker had 20 for Boyle and Ivy Turner had 34 for Danville. If you haven't seen Turner play, please go check her out. She single-handedly kept Danville in this game, she scored whenever she wanted to. She's a great player!!!! Danville needs to work on rebounding, they got destroyed on the glass, and had tons of turnovers. I think they will be a tough out in the district tournament.

Danville shot 3 after 3 after 3 after 3 after 3.....and only made one the whole game. When they was driving the ball to the basket they got any shot they wanted. Danville dribbles the ball way too much. Boyle just sat back in that zone and let Danville shoot 3s all game. I think I read where Danville was 1/18 from the 3 point line. Yikes!!!

I was at the Danville game tonight and seen her in street clothes, how long is she out? And what's her injury? She is so much fun to watch!

Free Throws and Bad shot selection! I don't know why Thornton or Sutherland don't touch the ball every possession. Those two are your best players hands down. I've heard this team is dealing with selfishness. There's no way this team shouldn't be top 5 in the 12th region, and have a winning record.

Have you seen Rowan County record since Wing left? Idc who the coach is, if there aint no talent you can't win many games. Have the coaches after Kyle had any sucess? NO!
