Trey Brausch did a very nice job at QB. With him and Tad Fisher, and the offensive line having another good game like that, they just might go 9-1

I knew Bracken would be in trouble facing Ludlow, won in the last minute last year; and most Bracken fans knew that. I think Ludlow is the best team Bracken will play all year.

Surprised by this one too. Pendleton (based off scores) is much much improved from last season. It's rivalry week. Pendleton heads to Bracken and I'm already excited about this one!

I've always enjoyed seeing close games (whether it be win or lose) rather than a blowout on both sides. I support scheduling games against teams that aren't significantly better, or significantly worse than you team. Yes it is sometimes hard to avoid having to schedule the occasional blowout but I wanna see some good football, not a running clock at the half. Schedule teams that are even with you. Last year Bracken County had games with margins of: +28, -4, +13, +4, +48, +2, -20, +38, +1, +5. I would much rather see the games in bold than a blowout.

I thought it was interesting seeing history repeat itself. In 1920 churches were mad about devils, in 2017 they are mad about Rebels.

Fun Fact: Highlands nickname was "the Devils" until the 1920s, when the sports teams were renamed "the Bluebirds" due to public outrage from local churches concerning the use of "Devils."

Running the ball. I saw improvement in last years areas of weakness which was pass defense. Rush defense was better as well I though.

Put them ranked at 11 all year so they keep getting after it every Friday for all I care. Last year they beat Nicholas County and weren't in the top 10 so it looks like the rankings are a year behind as usual.

I think Bracken County in 1A has a chance to go 10-0 this year in regular season. Given their schedule is a little weaker than last year, I see a lot of improvement from last year's 8-3 campaign.

I don't understand why people like the Frankfort Convention center so much. It was old and outdated. I think players will enjoy playing at a D1 College facility like EKU. Hopefully they use the video board during the games.

Bring back sectionals

I think you're overstating a bit. after one day half of the teams are gone. And it's not like it's the sweet 16. Many fans won't stay the night because of school and work the next day. I relooked up hotels and there are 7 hotels in Maysville and there are 4 in the Ripley-Aberdeen area which is just a short 5 min. drive. I don't think hotels would be an issue.

There are 6 or so hotels in the Maysville area so I do not think it would be a problem. The only reason I'm against having the tournament at a college is because, it's college and it would be hectic.

Take it back

Didn't expect Bracken County to be that high honestly. They lost a lot last year but still have a solid group of kids returning with great new coach. Rankings are always a year behind, but I think the Polar Bears have a chance to go undefeated in the regular season.

Wouldn't mind this at all.
