For the most part it was alright just felt that those 2 calls or missed calls I guess were momentum killers

Game was a snoozer... Felt any sort of momentum the breds were gaining was ended in the 3rd quarter with a missed technical and terrible charge call back to back One of these teams season had to end tonight and the other on Monday.

Take district runner ups out of the regional tournament and you'll eliminate a lot of the first round regional blow out games, shorten the post season by a game and make it more interesting IMO

This team isn't the same team that played those 2 teams, they're definitely peaking at the right time. You've got your top 4 for sure , but I don't believe the royals are that far off the pace

So if they are going to let the kids play early they should do that throughout the entire game. That game went from extremely physical in the first 3 quarters to a ton of tic-tac fouls both ways when it got to crunch time.

I'm a Mason county guy and believe it was a bad call compared to the other actions in the game, however I believe Mason wins that game ether way. But it's just annoying how much the game is controlled by the refs now

I'm glad you took the video lol , just making the statement that everyone I sit with that didn't have loyalty to ether side. There were a lot of no calls with more contact for them to call that foul in that situation. Felt the same way about the Crawford technical in the Mason/Bracken game. Stripes want to make it about them far to often these days IMO

Was at the game. 35 feet from the play itself, there was contact but no more contact than what had took place all night. Hate to see a game end that way.

I wouldn't consider Bracken Co necessarily capable.... No one should have to worry about lining up 30 mins to an hour in advance if the doors being opened in below freezing conditions No one should ever be turned away bc of the amount of people at the games Parking is a complete joke And there is nothing in the town of Brooksville restraunt wise. These are all things people SHOULDNT have to worry about when a venue that none of this is an issue is 20 mins away. Not to mention that the district even voted to keep it in the fieldhouse for the next few years and it was a 3-1 vote. The only people who want to deal with brooksville are the people from there, and I've heard several residents of the town even say they wished it would just stay in Maysville.

It's not fair to make the NKY schools drive to MOCO in some cases 3 times a week, there is plenty of parking at the fieldhouse, some may just have to walk a little further than others.

GRC/Mason have to be at the top of the list With Campbell, Pendleton, and possibly Paris and Scott right below.. IMO

It's how it should be, there really isn't an excuse to move it from the fieldhouse... best location and best venue in the 10th

Ohmer is the best player on the floor no doubt, but the Royals have several young ballers who seem to be overlooked by a lot of people. Lofton and Dunnaway are playing their best ball of the season and they finally have solid inside play with the combo of Fox and Perkins. You mix in Kumler who is an extremely talented freshman, and this Royals team can play ball. Biggs has shown to be able to beat teams they shouldn't be able too in the postseason, royals by 4...

I believe this! My son used to be a member of the Mason County cheering section and he would always say that during the mason-Augusta classics over the past 4 years it felt like you were cheering against the whole town. It's really cool to see the collective support they give the basketball program!

Mason seems to have Campbells number as of late, per twitter Scott is 3-1 against the trio of Campbell, GRC, and Mason with the lone loss coming in the district title game. Mason County is the most talented group from top to bottom, just a matter of if they play to their abilities. Mason beats Scott in the championship of this one!!

As much as some of the "bracken county faithful" talked the Polar Bears up this season you woulda thought the Royals beat 95-96 Bulls and Michael Jordan himself lol

I'm not a supporter of ether school, just an outside look into the game with no emotion involved. Clear that Campbell was the far better team that night, just couldn't get in a groove and rhythm. But this stuff happens at every gym once in a while.

Was at this game, and from what I saw, what you heard is pretty accurate. It was evident early and often the Camels weren't going to get an even whistle, but that's homecooking. Part of the game unfortunately.

The post is vague , if we are going off coach of the year it's definitely Russell or Brooks.. now careers in the 10th is where it can be switched around IMO

All 10 of the coaches listed are good.. just 3 or 4 are great... those guys have things called championships

He's had a great season for sure!! To compare him to guys who've won region titles or traditionally been contenders is a tad bit premature don't ya think?
