First time the 2 teams met, Nicholas won by 12. Haven't seen Bracken play since.. but I think NC pulls it out by about 10-15 points.

Nicholas goes to 4-2,loosing to 2 top 20 teams.

Nicholas County goes to 3-2 after a loss to a good Clark Co. team 62-44, then a beat down of a very young Bath Co. team. District foe Harrison Co Friday night.

So Nichols played Campbell Co. Tonight not pretty,55-21,I know Campbell Co. Is very good,but we looked awful. Hopefully 3 games in 3 nights had a little to do with it. I take nothing away from Campbell Co.they kicked our butts.

I don't have a daughter who plays football.

I'm from Nicholas County,we don't expect to win the Region or anything,but I do think we have a chance to have a really good year,playing for the most part very good competition. We will see.

Bellevue was under girled,Nicholas played Lexington Catholic Tuesday night,a tie in the 1st 20 minutes,think Catholic won by 2 the 2nd 20. Nicholas has a chance to surprise some people this year,we will see.

1st scrimmage tonight against Bellevue at Harrison county.
