More fuel for the fire - http://kyprephoops.com/1617/2016PreKYGirls.pdf Surprised Scherr is rated that low if it's based on college potential. Evidently she already has some big time offers. Clephane is not even on that list and she has an offer from Ball State and a lot of other D1 interest with many visits scheduled. SO...I would not put much stock in where people are listed and if that qualifies people to have "college potential" or not.
