North Hardin makes the trek to Danville this Friday night to take on Boyle. The Trojans enter the game ranked #15 in 6A with a 3-2 record while Boyle enters as the #1 team in 4A with a 5-0 record. Last week North Hardin defeated John Hardin 40-14 while Boyle beat Bowling Green 35-21. Last season saw Boyle winning at North Hardin by a score of 49-6. Boyle leads the all time series between the teams 3-1. Both teams have a common opponent this season in Bowling Green. North Hardin lost to Bowling Green in the first game of the season 23-14 and as previously mentioned Boyle beat Bowling Green last week. Keys to the game: -Boyle has to build on the progress the OL showed last week and continue to make improvements week after week. -Boyle has got to clean up the penalties. Far too many false starts or offsides for the 5th game of the season. -North Hardin has to stay balanced offensively. In their wins they were very balanced between run and pass and could keep the defense guessing. In their losses either the run game or the passing game was subpar. -North Hardin must find a way to neutralize Quisenberry for Boyle. He finds a way every week to be an impact player and seems to be getting better each week as he gets comfortable playing in Boyle’s system. It looks to be a great night for football this Friday! Using your logic we should view SW as 0-2 and BG as 0-1 since the rest is meaningless? Neither one of us said SW was a lot better. Just that we thought they were better and BG still has work to do as does South Warren.
