Seems like it would be hard to be a white football or basketball coach and be racist when a majority of your team is black. I could see a racist black football or coach before I could see a white racist football or basketball coach. Not saying it couldn't happen for a white football or basketball coach but that's a strange profession choice for a racist.

No argument there. You'd hope that they'd have had some more common sense after watching the skit but I also understand the mindset of not having malicious intent behind it. I think it is harmless but they should have been smarter and used more common sense than airing this publicly. With all of the domestic violence awareness campaigns going on these days they should have known this skit isn't a good idea. Even SNL isn't doing skits like this. I thought it was funny. I personally didn't think it was that big of a deal but I get why people don't like it. Doesn't move me any though. It's a parody of Dirty Dancing. I thought it was funny.

Could be but I have never heard of anyone being convicted based on "more probable than not." I've always thought there is guilty, innocent, mistrial and acquittals. Never heard of "more probable than not." I know little about the legal system though.
