  1. Minter to the line shooting 2 Make Make 9-4 central
  2. Foul Gerald’s shooting 2 Make Miss 5-2 Central
  3. Rocks with the ball and we are under
  4. Will give updates as long as my phone allows lol
  5. The Rocks travel to Richmond Tip in 20 minutes
  6. Madison Central is a senior led team anchored by 6’8” Isiah Cozart a Jr. who set the state shot block record last year as a sophomore. Isiah Minter and Dustin Gerald are the two other players who will supply the offense. Not a very big team other then Cozart, Geralds goes about 6’ 3” but very quick as a team. Defensively they will play man and might press alittle here and there just to change things up. We can fall in to 2-3 minute offensive slumps at times and when you play a team like Trinity that can be your death. If Central comes to play I think it should be a very good game with even a chance to get a win. Taking care of the ball will be the deciding factor in how this game goes for Central. Hope both teams play at their best. Should be a good one.
  7. yes, as far as I know it is going to be played at EKU.
  8. Scott Co. could lose in the region, but they are the favorite. The 11th region is the toughest region in the state, and will be a battle royal to win.
  9. Boone is a beast....the 11th is just a killing field this year. Station has looked really good, their speed and physical play is really making it difficult for Scott Co.
  10. That will be a good one. I love to watch Robb play, he is a really smooth player. Boone was matched up against Cozart both times we played them, that's why I assume he would be on Moreno.
  11. The biggest challenge Station will have tonight is the big body of Moreno. They don't have a true big and I would imagine that Eric Boone will draw the defensive assignment tonight. What Boone lacks in height, I think about 6' 2" or 3" he makes up in bounce and quickness. If Moreno decides the game will be played down low tonight, it will be difficult to stop him. Station does swarm defensively and they have very good hands that will help, but the size could be a factor. On the offensive end for Station, I think if they get the same match-up, Moreno on Boone, Boone has a real advantage. Boone is one of the quickest and fearless guards I have seen play. It could led to foul trouble for Moreno as he try's to stay in front or reaches as he gets beat. Just some observations for the times I have seen both of these teams play. It should be a great one.
  12. I have seen them play 4 times and each time I think going into the game, they are good, but they are probably going to lose this one. And each time I have left the gym shaking my head and saying, man, they aren't flashy or easy on the eyes to watch, but they just badger the other team to death, score in clutch situations and win ball games. I will go with Scott Co. to win, but I don't think it will be by more then 4 and I wouldn't be surprised if the out come of this game leaves me shaking my head again. Here's to hoping that it is a great game.
  13. Madison Central vs West Jessamine is cancelled
  14. Pulling hard for this group of seniors at Whitefield, and the whole team. Here's hoping that they play their best ball during this time. Great group of kids, parents and coaches who had to right a ship that was lost at sea for a couple of years. Go get'm guys, best of luck.:ylsuper:
