That's not a bad idea. Something needs to change no way could I have sit there and watch Ryle Holmes which was less then exciting and be fired up ready to play at 8 in that atmosphere.

IMO: The 9th region tournament needs to be in a high school gym. Although the BOKC is very nice easy in easy out lots of room its just not a good atmosphere for high school basketball or at least not for the girls.

Congrats to Liza on a great highschool carrer. Wish Dixie would have went back to the zone. I know everyone will say play ncc man they will shoot over a zone well I would have made them shoot over it..

They did win on the road at ryle without tubbs. I also think Ryle is playing much better now. Should be a better game than most people think.

IMO Walton goes out first round.

Not real sure Holmes gets past Ryle.

I assume you are talking about the play under the basket on a rebound where the WV player was holding on to the leg of a SK player and she kicked to get her off. Yes that's what happened I was sitting right there on that end of the court. I see it as a aggressive basketball play on both sides. I did not make it to the highlands game so I cant speak about that incident/play.

I don't think there is a good draw in this region I think every team is capable of winning & loosing on any night. Ryle lost last 4 reg season games then shows up to win district. Dixie looked good early and bad late but looked good first game of the district. Boone is always tough. Then theirs Holmes Highlands & HC seen them all play and all are beatable. As of right now I'm going with HC as my favorite and ryle as my upset winner..

HC scored more then Holmes

SK up 9 at half Walton took the lead midway through the 3rd. SK regained the lead with a little over 3 min to go in the 3rd SK up 4 Walton refused to come up on the ball SK held it for the last 3 min of the quarter then scored at the buzzer. Walton coaching staff clapping as SK held the ball like they were really doing something good.. What a stupid move by Walton coach lost there momentum.
