I also like watching Will and Hagen go at it. Similar size, similar skill set. Both have high basketball IQ. I really like coach Britt. Would have loved to play for him. He lets you play and he's coaching the whole game. Its always a battle when Boyle and Mercer play. Mercer is gonna be a matchup problem for about every team they face. They all can shoot, handle the ball and pass. BRITT gives them the green light to. Trayvon Faulkner is gonna be a player if he puts in the work to get better. The kid is only going to be in the 8th grade and he held is own all camp.

So pretty much he was looking for the best deal and chose Jackson because they gave his dad a job. Why else would he choose Jackson Co over those other schools. I still don't understand why he would leave SW. Did something happen at SW that nobody is talking about

Boyle Co starts summer league play at centre college tomorrow. They play Pikeville, DeSales, and Milan Monday. Tuesday they play Belfry, Henry Co, KCD, and Ft. Knox. Does anybody have information on these teams and who are their key players. Is Ray Kosongo still at Pikeville or did he graduate?

Does anybody know why he transferred?? Southwestern will be the favorite to win the 12th region next year. They will be loaded. Seems a little odd he would leave.

I hadn't heard that Collier transfered. If he did then how is he playing with Jackson city?? And who is Jackson city? ?? Wouldn't he have to sit out a year if he transfered

Gaskin was the big kid that played for Bobby on young life. He doesn't have exceptional talent but he plays hard and knows his role. Nice player. Don't know about being a D1 talent tho

Expect some changes for the July period. There's gonna be the new team formed for 17u coached by josh maxey and myself. Some players will switch teams. Teams will add new players. There is always a shake up in AAU ball during July.

He would look good in a Boyle co uniform.

we will be at centre college next week and then at asbury the following week. Hagen got invited to university of Tennessee elite camp at end of june but he has already paid to go to camp at Georgetown that week. Let me know if u all will be at centre next week

Why is it everybody seems to only talk about NKY players and teams. There is a lot of talent outside of NKY!! Central KY has a lot of talent and nobody talks about it. Looks like its the end of the road for the travelers at the EYBL. Still seems like they had a pretty good showing against the best teams in the nation. Best of all some KY kids got some big time exposure. That's what its all about.

Maxey does as much for kids as anybody I know. Like him or not his only goal is to help kids get to college. I will be helping him coach the new team. Nothing is ever set in stone in AAU basketball but I guarantee we will have a good team. Still a little early to say who is gonna be on team. The only person who knows anything for sure about the team is Maxey. Anything else is speculation.

Hagen Tyler from Lville MagiC 16s had the highest scoring game of the tournament with 37 points in only 3 qtrs. Averaged 18 ppg for tournament and nobody is talking about him. And I have been told that Jordan Fox is leaving hoop Dreams. A new AAU team is being put together for the summer season starting in July. More details to come later but this team is gonna be loaded. 17u

I wouldn't go that far. He had players that were known thru out the state. I was very impressed with him as a coach and his team. They played together and really seemed like a family. Hard to imagine that team was only put together a few months ago. Very impressive. But why would he leave SC for a job like Casey County

Everybody just needs to let the kids play and decide it on the court. I'm sure team manimal has a nice team but the magic would mop the floor with them. Period!! We will find out next weekend who has the best teams!! Its time to put up or shut up. I wish all the teams the best of luck. I think the 15u division will have the best games. Look for some unknown names make a big impact.

With the continued development of Elkins along with Miniard Boyle will have a very good inside presence. I think Miniard had a great season last year. Gotta remember that was his first taste of varsity basketball and playing predominantly inside. He played more on the wing at Garrard. That helped develop a nice little 15ft jump shot. Look for Elkins to have a Breakout sophomore season much like Tyler did last year. Don't be suprised if Hagen averages close to 20 ppg and over 5 rpg. Its all gonna come down to the PG however. That is the most important position on the court
