Not to late. I gave my opinion and don't expect to change the views of others. I'm only speaking of NKY b-ball, but the kid from Holy Cross several years ago that got chaufeured in to school every day and Frederick. Does anyone out there know of any public school kids that live in Ohio and play for a NKY public school. Just asking because I have not heard of any.

I don't have a problem with any kid attending Cov.Coth.as long as they live in the state. Allowing private schools to accept kids to come in from other states to play sports is an un even playing field. Just my opinion. Not trying to start this discussion that gets no where.

I believe CJ Frederick resides in Ohio. Again, nothing against the family. I just don't agree with the stupid KHSAA rule that allows this.

But they are allowed to have kids play for them that actually live in Ohio. I know that they are allowed to do so, but in my opinion you should have to play in the state that you reside in. I know there are different opinions on this, but that is mine.

Would be nice if more parents would listen to their kids and what would make them happy instead of their own selfish desires for them. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Not bitter at all. I use to be. Back in my kids KBA days I told the Pulaski parents to have fun winning all of your middle school championships with hold backs, but how many state championship trophys does the high school have in their trophy case because of it. I now realize it's about trying to get that free education.

Adam Kunkel was selected by the Coaches as one of the top players in the region last year as a Sophomore.

Sully isn't going anywhere. The future is bright at Cooper. Why would he go into that Cluster you know what at Scott. The thought of Sully going to Scott is complete Madness.

I think CVH needs to worry more about working on his game right now than snap chats. Really didn't have a D1 prospect type of year.

If people were honest, most of NKY can't stand them. The one thing that I noticed is their bench is like a bunch of trained monkeys. When I watched them against Conner and other games, when they made a good play the bench looks around at each other and it's like "OK guys we have to stand up and clap now" instead of it being a natural reaction. During the game at Conner a player went down. When he got up not one Cov. Cath. player clapped for him. Not saying that they had to clap for the player, but I guess that is part of their tough guy image that the coaches try to instill in them. If a lot of NKY b-ball fans are honest, a majority of them root against them if they make it to the sweet 16.

What is his size? Will he play DE in college or a linebacker spot?

Racke would also be a very good NAIA QB. Would also get scholarship money to play.

Believe me LB I know where you are coming from on this too. Personally I wouldn't care for it, but like you said, if their parents don't have an issue with it so be it. By the way LB I really enjoy your insight and great play by play of the games. I even have my 78 yr old mom turned on to BGP. She enjoys high school sports and told me that reading your play by play is almost as good as being there. Thanks again for everything you do for high school sports!!!

I don't have daughters, but I would have a huge issue with it if I did have a daughter playing for him. It probably is harmless but I feel it is totally inappropriate. Very surprising LB13 that you don't have an issue with it. Just curious to know what Mrs. LB 13 would think about it. High fives, fist bumps, pat or arm around the shoulder yes. A grown man smacking my daughter in the butt....NO WAY.

Great post Fletch... I saw numerous times on dropped balls when he took ownership of them and didn't place blame on others. A true leader. Another thing going for him is that he is a great student. Just make sure Parker keeps him untouched.....Lol!!!!!
