That's not coming from a Camel fan so why take away anything from the Lady Camels by down playing their win. Several really good friends have daughters playing for the Mustangs and I gave them props all year. I thought they were a scrappy bunch. I get your frustration over the quote from Laredo but they are not a Camel supporter. It's all good. Just defending the girls hard work as you were.

Congrats to the lady Eagles. They took control of this one from the opening serve and never let up. Not sure what planet the Camels were on tonight but we've been inconsistent way to much. Gotta bring your A game every night.

Lady Camels came out hitting on all cylinders taking a 7-0 lead. Time out called by Brosssrt and the lady Stangs came out to take 9 of the next 11 points to knot things up at 9. Camels go on a run and take the first game 25-17. 2nd game was back and forth the whole way with Brossart having several game point situations but the Cardiac Camels kept staying alive and eventually won game 2 32-30. Game 3 saw the Camels jump out early on the Mustangs and overcame a slight run by Brosssrt to win game 3 25-18. Congrats to Campbell County on the victory and to Brossart for a nice season. I will say it is sure is nice to see officials doing the line judging. Camels take on Scott tomorrow for the championship.

After reading through this thread it amazes me how quick people are to kick teams and coaches when they are down. People that haven't even seen CCHS play this year calling them terrible? Saying the coaching staff will be on the hot seat? Nobody that I know at CCHS is satisfied with district or regional championships but what NKY 6A coach has a 6A state championship under their belt? I'll answer that for you..... None. Zero. Zilch. Now if you want to say we are down or underachieving this year, I will agree with that but I'll leave it to Coach Lickert and staff to fix whatever the problem may be. I'm sure their goal is to fix it and make a run in the playoffs. I hope all the CCHS players and coaches read all this horse:poop: and come out with a chip on their shoulder. Stay focused boys, keep working hard and keep your TEAM goals in sight. :thumb:

Red colonels came out hungry and with a purpose. :thumb: Not sure what's going on with the Camels? :banghead: Looked bad the past 2 games.....best get it together because next 2 weeks Ryle and Boone coming to our house looking to claim the #3 and #4 seed in the district..... I definitely think by the end of the year Ryle will move up in the poll. NKY coaches poll means nothing and I think Ryle could beat several teams ahead of them. No disrespect to u guys what so ever just gave what I thought the coaches poll would look like. I will say I was very impressed with da Raiders physical play against SK and I've said on here and to many friends that if any 6A team overlooks or comes with their B game against Ryle they are in for a long night. Cov Cath(3-3 lost to 3 good teams but last 2 were lopsided) 6. Cooper(5-2 lost to Campbell and SK, when healthy their D will give them a chance) 8. Scott (4-1 lost to Cooper) 9. Ryle (2-5 starting to play well and could make some noise in playoffs) 10. NCC (1-4 tough schedule early on) Next several weeks will prove a lot as district games heat up.
