Thanks Dozer61 for the nice complement and congrats to the Lady Eagles on the championship. You all really have a nice team and I believe you can make some noise at state. Represent the 10th at state. :thumb:

This is Scott's 3rd regional title this year. The volleyball team joins the boys Soccer team and Baseball team as 10th region champs this calendar year. How many schools can make that claim??

How many schools can make that claim??

I think in 2013-2014 school year, Notre Dame won 6 or 7 Regional championships? - not sure on the number. I remember seeing Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, and Tennis for sure, plus a few more I think.

Campbell County Camels can make that claim. Boys Basketball, Girls Soccer and Wrestling. They also won in both boys and girls bowling.

Congrats to Scott for winning the 10th. With favorable match ups in the 1st two rounds, I fully expect to see them in the semifinals vs. Mercy. Good luck Eagles.

Thank you but coming off of a 30+ win season themselves I would take nothing away from Raceland and anticipate a very tough match from the beginning.

One game at a time Lady Eagles!!!

Agreed. Raceland does have 1 very athletic hitter but if Scott continues to play the way they have all year, I don't believe they'll have much trouble. Just too many threats and I can't say enough about the setting from Trimpe. Seems the ball is in the perfect spot for the hitters on every swing and even if it isn't they show great intelligence and make the necessary adjustments. A very solid group.

I too would be cautiously optimistic...but certainly expect good things from Scott. Good luck!

Who made the All-Tourney team?

Good Luck Eagles !!!!!

Scott is way better than our Lady Rams!

Take nothing away from your girls. They are a tough team with multiple skilled players and will no doubt be back next year.

Congrats to the Lady Rams on an amazing 30+ win season.

Update: Region 10 Champs made it to the Final Four and lost to eventual state Champions Mercy. Congrats to all the teams that made it to the "Dance" and congrats to the Mercy Jags on the win.

A huge shout out to the Scott Lady Eagles who may have not have finished the season the way they would have liked never the less set a number of school records along the way:

Most wins in a season

1st Regional Championship

1st State Tournament Win

1st Elite 8 Win

1st Final Four Appearance

Future looks bright for the Lady Eagles as they have a lot of youth returning next year and drive to push through and complete the last 2 steps of the journey.

Who are the seniors on Scott's team this year?
