  1. Yes Ohmer is very good at first.I think he is a better pitcher than 1st baseman. He is not near as athletic as the others metioned but he is solid none the less
  2. Yes I was talking about the 9th.But Norton is no doubt the best catcher in NKY PERIOD.
  3. Fogal -Conner best outfielder- NO AFFLIATION TO CONNER Murray-Highlands -BEST CATCHER SOME AFFLIATION TO HIGHLANDS Dunn-Cooper BEST PITCHER NO AFFLIATION TO COOPER Teberi Holy Cross BEST 3RD BASEMAN NO AFFLIATION TO HOLY CROSS Stevens- Lloyd BEST FIRST BASEMAN NO AFFLIATION TO LLOYD Jarad Blanc BEST SHORTSTOP AGAIN NO AFFLIATION TO COOPER Sorry if I didnt mention someone you like and it upsets you.But this is one mans opinion and certainly open for constructive debate and different opinions.
  4. Ganns is decent I have him rated second behind the kid from Lloyd at first base,Sorry in not familar with the other kid you mentioned
  5. Well if you read I never said he wasnt good.He is actually better than good all I said was what anyone around here already knows about his average being inflated. Thanks
  6. I didnt know Dunn was moving to 3rd.My top 2 in the region at the corners are Tiberi Holy Cross at 3rd and Stevens from Lloyd at 1st both who have committed to play at the next level Tiberi UL not sure about Stevens but I know for sure he has had many offers.
  7. Tiberi is for sure a very talented kid.I do have to say his average is very inflated by a super leinent score keeper.I have been to several games where hits were given that very clearly were errors. That being said he is for sure top 5 in the region.
  8. So we have done pitchers and middle infielders.Who do you have at the corners in the 9th
  9. I scout for a local college.I can tell you that no one in NKY is throwing 92.All this bullcrap seems to be coming from St Henry faithfull.I would suggest your school invest in a new gun because the one your using now is accurate.
  10. The only pitcher coming anywhere near 90 in the region is Dunn.
  11. That is great congrats to the family. Also agree on the nickname thing lol
  12. Good call on Ward.I know he is coming off a injury any word on how he is doing?
  13. I didnt seee it.But according to my father the greatest game was the 1978 champ game between Holmes and Shelby co.Doug Schloemer vs Charles Hurt and according to dad Holmes got robbed on a non goal tending call that would have won the game.Anyone can correct me if my facts are not right.
  14. I heard the choir sing Sunday about 749 pm.It was full of fat ladies and and they all were singing lol Sorry coulnt resist
  15. As I stated I have clocked him myself his fastball tops at 85 with a consitant range of 82-84 from pitch count 35-50.My notes have nothing of a fast ball anywhere near 90 sorry but that is not accurate info. That being said the young man is a quality pitcher non the less.I have him rated a notch below Brown from Lloyd in that district.
  16. No I was not at every game. But I seen enough to know his fastball is between 82-84 in a game situation.Just because someoone can throw a ball 89 1 time in a bullpen session does not mean he throws 89 in a game situation.I have him as fastball 82-84 with a better than average off speed pitch between 74-76.You obvious have some loyality or bias to the young man so my opionon may be less tainted than yours.
  17. 84 Is more realistic.And there is a HUGE differance in 84 and 90
  18. Well sonny I am a scout for a small local school and my facts came right off my radar gun.
  19. Yes sir I realize they are not in the 9th but I kid of took it on myself to include all of NKY.One I overlooked was Walsh from CC
  20. My list of course this is one mans opinion and open for debate. 1. Dunn- Cooper 2.Maines- Conner 3.Cain -NCC 4.Tiberi- HC and yes I know he may not pitch 5.Verst-Brossart 6.Ganns Boone 7.Everrett- Scott 8.Collins Cooper 9.Schank- BW 10.Hoard Ryle
  21. Coach Pedicords son graduated last year.Never stated Brown was best in the region but he is one of the best in that district when he is on.The district is very weak this year.As far as the region goes your right I would not have Brown on my top ten list.
  22. Yes I agree the 2 teams are close as far as talent goes.I think Lloyd will be better in a 1 game situation with Brown pitching We scouted a kid from Lloyd last year so I got to see them play quit a bit.Brown at times can be dominate so I would take him in a district title game over anyone St Henry has to throw. They are solid on defense and Stevens is the best 1st baseman in the region and will hit over .400 again.I agree a few kids cant win a region but in this weak one 2 top kids will make a huge difference.I relize this is a St Henry thread so I dont expect anyone to agree but I am impartial as I have no loyalty to any school in that district.
