You can not fault the Rocks for having better talent then SK. The kids that play on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th teams deserve to run the same plays as the 1st team. Those kids are the ones that take the beating 3 or 4 days a week to pre-pair the starters. It is also the defenses job to stop them. It would not have mattered if they ran the ball every play or passed the outcome is the outcome. Passing the ball helped in the 2nd half better then the run. Trinity was pushing the SK D off the ball 10 yrds down the field. At least with the pass we had a chance to break the pass up or an incomplete. Trinity keep rolling your young guys deserve to play hard also.

Congrats to BCHS. Go Rebels, gotta pull for Rebs now that the neers are finished.

I know that SK was crushed tonight, but I was very proud that they did not quit. They played hard against a team that I believe could beat a lot of D 3 schools. I have played and seen a lot of football in my day and by far the best coached and most talented team I have ever seen. Scott Co. you may think you have a chance but sorry to say you dont. Congrats Trinity and good luck with winning the National title.

Tony was held back while younger and would not have been eligible his senior yr. Alabama sent him to a juco in Kanas and he lead the Nation in rushing. His down fall was he liked to be wild too often. He got home sick and left. Unfortunetly he resently lost his life to the wild side. But you could not have met a nicer person. RIP #32. He played 86 87 yrs . First play from scrimmage at Henry Clay in the playoffs in 87 he went 75 yards untouched. The 87 yr we were loaded in the back field. John Ransdale, John Smith and Tony.

You guys might not remember this guy, but Tony Law is probably the best all round back to come out of Boone Co. Don t get me wrong Shaun was great, but Tony was unbelieveable. 6'2 220 and ran a 4.6. Also George Rudd and Shane Becket are right there also.

Does anyone know who won the middle school championships this past weekend at SK. I seen Cov. Cath 7th grade beat Holy Cross who won the New Cath vs Holmes Who won the Campbell Co. vs Cov. Cath 8th.

I do not want to see Coach get fired. I think he is a good coach, things have just been rough this year and with the past two yrs being excellent seasons. Its hard to see the Sr.s go out the way this year has gone.

Not that the partents all think that their Little Johnny should play more, but when the boy is told be ready you re going in and the kid in front of him is making mistake after mistake in a game then he should sit for a series or two to get his head on straight. Then put him back in if he is that much better. Why not when the team is being blown out play the younger guys also. The "Hey You Guys" need game experience also. Even if it s only 5 min left in the 4th.

Heard that Swanson might have cracked rib or ribs. Just a rumor at this point though. I would like to see SK play some of the younger guys so that they get some experience for next year. I believe that has hurt them this year. This way its not a shell shock to them when they play next yr. jmo
