  1. Irrevleant to whom, elder? You? I could care less what is relevant to you. Because I'm sure some thread has come about, maybe the Duran Jefferson case from years ago, or will come about where you called a young kid something unsavory for having a gun. In Trayvon's case, the young man had his life taken by an numbskull with a gun. I have not supposed or obfusicated anything. You just have no answer for what I proposed to you. So therefore, in elder's eyes it becomes irrevleant. I've answered all your questions, Mr. Zimmerman, I mean elder. Do they not suffice? I guess I am playing Trayvon. Please don't start a fight with me and kill me because I didn't say "I'm visiting my with my dad from Miami", or my bad, "You are right, Clyde." Because you are not. Get off of your own d*&k. Nobody called anyone a racist in this thread. Quit trying to start stuff. But since you were able to decipher that from that post, I must ask, are you? Why so sensitive to the question of black life being debateable to you? You never answered that question, elder. I've been told you all that local police years ago were taking black men out left and right, and later when a cow escaped the slaughterhoused, there was an oder to not shoot the animal. Is black life just a matter of fact to many? It becomes a fair question based on my experiences and this case? And remember, "Genesis chapter 11 verse 10; it explains the genealogy of Shem. Shem was a black man, in Africa, if you repeat that fact they can't laugh at ya. Genesis 14 verse 13, Abraham steps on the scene. Being a descendant of Shem which is a fact, means, Abraham too was black." Now I'm in a KRS-ONE mode. You'd never understand it. But, yes the fact this boy is black why I believe people are debating the murder of a child. If Trayvon were white, Zimmerman was arrested the night of and charged with murder 1. But if Zimmerman were arrested and charged the night of, given the situation as it is, nobody ever hears of the story. That is why the media caught on to it and ran with it. Yes, race sells. The media outlets at the end of the day are owned by corporations. And at the end of the day, they are doing the job that media was created for: to give voice to the voiceless. I spent 10 years in media an dmy ladyfriend has been in it for 16. This story begs the elephant in the room question that nobody wants to acknowledge but simply debate sumbliminally on a national level - Is a black life worth it? Now, since my answers to your questions do not suffice, I have no other choice but to school you with rap lyrics. "I'm sewing tigers on my shirt and alligators You want to see the inside Ha, I'll see you later" Who said that, elder?
  2. Bronx keeps creating it and Queens keeps on faking it.
  3. Why do I care about that? I will tell you. It means he had a dad in his life, unlike most others whom just know who their mother told them their dad was. His dad showed him how to handle business. Do you support child murderers, yet do not believe kids have sex in high school, elder.
  4. What flaw elder? I've answered every question with the same facts. Yet you keep coming with ridiculousness. That is what takes from the board. What label? i never labeled. You are acting like Frank Taafe right now. If I don't give you the answer you want to hear, it doesn't suffice you and I am wrong. Much like Trayvon and Zimmerman. Now I ask you. do you support a child murderer and are naive enough to belive kids don't have sex in high school? Answer the question.
  5. I find it funny how many of the people who call themselves debating me or PP92 or others who take our position, are very juxtaposed and conflicted. Many of you were naive enough to suggest or believe that high school kids don't have sex. Yet you want to see the murderer of a child walk and try to play Columbo with the law and evidence. Nothing suggests anything less than these two had a confrontation; Zimmerman called the police and they told him his services weren't needed; a reasonable person would not get out of their car and follow anyone at that point. He called trayvon an a-hole and profiled him. He profiled him wrong. Yet many of you claim that you are letting the facts drive you and you want justice. Now some of you need to relax, take a deep breath and tell the truth and shame the devil. You have the same ideology as Geraldo Rivera, therefore a black life is debateable to you. Grown man kills a black kid and you'd rather debate that than to believe that kids are having sex in high school.
  6. Elder, "I'll play the 9 and you play the target." - KRS-ONE Had Zimmerman acted with reason and listened to a police officer, he would have never encountered Martin. To confront someone, then claim self-defense is where the spirit of the law will come into play. A judge will interpret the law his/her own way. We see how it is written and what words are there. But when a judge is to interpret a law, he/she can interpret it their own way, and make you appeal it. But to answer yet another ridiculous question, we are forgetting, Trayvon was the one being followed and evidence suggests he defended himself quite well, when it was a fair one. Just because trayvon was killed, doesn't mean he wasn't defending himself at some point. Why because he was a kid being stalked by a stranger. The girlfriend's testimony will lock up Zimmerman alone. She will force Zimmerman to take the stand. How many murder 2 defendants take the stand? Only the desperate ones.
  7. 1. Damn right it is not the ACT, it's the life of a boy. Zimmerman guessed wrong, now suffer the penalty. 2. Girlfriend's statement is very key to case, quite possible the straw that broke the camel's back in determining what charges to file. The facts are Zimmerman profiled a boy and guessed wrong. He followed him after the police suggested he didn't. He ran through a neighborhood with a gun on him. He accosted the boy and the girlfriend backs that story up. He called the kid an a-hole. Are those not facts? The boy was unarmed. Police say the confrontation was avoidable. Zimmerman's head is bloodied and nose broken. Zimmerman got his arse whipped. The witnesses are changing their statements, yes. In my opinion they are changing them in Trayvon's favor. When you mention Clyde, one you are wrong. But two, you sound like Frank Taafe and Joe Oliver. I don't have to answer to anyone. And as always, in the immortal words of John Henrick Clark, I only debate....you know know the rest.
  8. The ACT punishes you for guessing wrong. Zimmerman took the ACT on Feb. 26.
  9. A police officer said it. Do you read or skim and find what you are looking for? Has nothing to do with if 85 were king. "Teachers teach and do the world good. Kings just rule and most are never understood" KRS-ONE on his seminal, timeless classic "My Philosophy" - subliminal diss of Run-DMC for those who don't know. As far as light on substance, first tell me what depraved mind state means. Then tell me that profiling a boy, calling him an a-hole and accosting him against police suggestions is not depraved. I'm not buying it. Zimmerman running through a neighborhood after a non-suspect, while having a firearm on him, but once again, chasing a non-suspect is depraved and morally corrupt. Had trayvon committed a crime, then yes Zimmerman might have something. Yes, Zimmerman was within his rights to follow the boy, but much like driving a car with your feet, you can do it but doesn't make it a good idea. "If you were to goven or rule a certain industry; all inside this room right now would be in misery. No one would get along, nor sing a song Cuz everyone would be singing for the king, am I wrong?" KRS-ONE = Knowledge reigns supreme over nearly everyone. Emphasis on nearly.
  10. I can see where some are upset and cracking up. The teacher is asking the child to be respectful of the POTUS. Which is enforcing protocol. Nothing wrong with that. Romney doesn't deserve the same respect as Obama.
  11. Elder, Yes, Zimerman had depraved mind in profiling this innocent boy. Zimmerman started fight by stalking boy. Most defense attorneys are former prosecutors, work 10 years for state get lifetime state insurance, take loan on reitrement start own practice. It is a mental adaptation to work the law in your favor. Being a source or legal analyst is simply an advertisement. Can't have any former prosecutor talk in statements. Must show is clearly removed from prosecutor life. Once again, his actions were reckless - chasing an incorrectly profiled boy while having a weapon on his person. Self defense as written does not apply because Zimmerman culd have avoided confrontation had he listened to the police and not continued to follow the child.
  12. A judge can interpret based on spirit of the law, how would we know? Haven't contradicted anything.
  13. Absolutely not. My nephew played for Siple, with Marvin Lewis' son. I feel like he is a good coach, just nothing to write home about.
  14. Who are the assistants for the school this year. Saw a few faces that I did not recognize during spring.
  15. No the spirit of the law is that you cannot initiate a confrontation and use deadly force on an unarmed person whom you stalked without cause and incorrectly profiled.
  16. Yes, because this is not the spirit of the law.
  17. Hence the overcharge as many say. Or, as Paul Harvey would say, "And now you know the rest of the story." However, depraved mindset is simply him calling Martin, a law abiding citizen an a-hole and profiling him as a criminal. If he fits the description, it is not up to you to arrest him. Once again, he guessed wrong. That is why you allow police to police. He's also morally corrupt in starting the fight by leaving his vehicle and pursuing Martin when being told his services weren't needed. Remember, he did not call 9-1-1; he called police non-emergency; so this is a police department employee saying this to him. So he is disrespective of police suggestions. As far as the documents, consider the sources. They are defense attorneys.
  18. Polls and propaganda. Based on the evidence that has been presented, the man murdered a boy. The confrontation was avoidable. Very tough statement to mitigate against. Girlfriend on phone, very tough to argue against. Dead boy at your hands, very tough to argue against. Little scrapes on his head, are we sure those aren't ruptured razor bumps or something? Pictures don't show a man being beaten an inch within his life. Show a guy who knows he is in deep.
  19. Strongly disagree. But as I said, I wish him well.
  20. Has nothing to do with a racial divide. It is simply my perspective. I own guns, but I never leave the house with them. They are for an intruder. Point is, I was raised in an era of good hand speed, accurate and timely punching, hooking off and doubling up your jab, slip skills and good defense. Has nothing to do with race. I like the hands I was raised on. If someone shoots me and kills me, so be it. I hope they burn where they are supposed to burn. I was always taught nothing good ever comes out of owning a gun. As I said, I own two 9 mm. I only have them in my house, nobody has ever seen them. I would prefer to sell them. I'm not a gun guy. Sorry, champ.
  21. Only punks need a gun in a fist fight. Anyone walking around with a concealed weapon, legally or otherwise is a punk. If Zimmerman didn't intend to kill the boy, then why follow him. The killing was avoidable. The witness heard the commotion. She was there. Many witnesses heard the commotion before the scuffle and fight. The fact remains, you can't kill an unarmed, law abiding high school student and it be good clean fun. There is the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. The spirirt of the law won't allow this.
  22. How can you say the witness has no basis for that statement. That is an excerpt from the person's statement to the police.
  23. Maybe she is assuming they were upright when Martin was shot.
