IH was Ohio DIvision II (KY Class 5A), in a district/league with Ohio Division IV-V schools (KY Class 3A-2A). They were the biggest enrollment school. A couple decent playoff runs. But good luck. I disagree the case will be thrown out, and since there is no clear, definitive measure of the law, then don't be surprised when a judger rules in the spirit of the law. The confrontation was avoidable. The star witness will be the girlfriend. Her tesimony says Zimmerman was a stalker. He never mentions Trayvon's right to stand his ground.

The case involves race, sir. Race was an issue in OJ, and people got over until the verdict. All the lawyers were mad at Johnny Cochran for not just playing race card, but the whole deck.

Maybe so, but if her call times and durations of the calls to Trayvon match the time of the murder then she is a credible witness. And truthfully, with no real defense witness to counter what she heard other than Zimmerman, she can pretty say what she wants and make Zimmerman look real bad. Not saying she should, but if her call times match, she is the star witness of the trial. She by herself, could almost force Zimmerman to take the stand, to counter the conversation she will say she heard before or during what is believed to be a scuffle. If i were to hang my hat on anything, I would hang it on the fact that 2 out of 3 law enforcement officials familiar with this case, found it necessary to charge Zimmerman, the one whom didn't quit his job. Zimmerman killed this kid. Under the circumstances of the case, it is my opinion that he murdered the boy. Get over it folks. Everyone profiles, especially racially. I see plenty to convict. Then he has to prove the gun went off and he did not pull the trigger. Or else, why pull the gun in the first place? To show a dude whom just whipped you that you have one? The specifications of a 2nd degree murder charge in Florida are clearly written. Everything Zimmerman did fits the criteria.
