  1. Could've seen he was wearing a hoody while he was dead. So it is not obvious. I can see people standing over this dead boy's lifeless body and Zimmerman saying, "Yeah, he looks like one of the recent robbers. One of those guys who were here when I called police on Feb. 2. Somebody call the police."
  2. Not like the teacher doesn't stop and acknowledge the person in room. In a scuffle, the simple physics of a scuffle says the hoody would come off your head. If it was as dark as everyone claims it was back there, how can you tell if someone is wearing a hoody, especially if they are going at it MMA style. So Zimmerman shot the kid while the kid was on top, got him off of him, then stood up and straddled the kid? Or were they standing up after Trayvon displayed his ground game was polished as his hand work, and Zimmerman pulls, Trayvon screams for help, and Zimmerman shoots, Trayvon falls face first and then Zimmerman straddles him.
  3. SSC; 75Center have already made their minds up, just as I and others have made ours up saying Zimmerman is guilty. Point blank (pardon the pun). Cops say Zimmerman could have avoided confrontation. Audio experts say screams for help are not Zimmerman's voice. I bet Tracy Martin said that wasn't his son's voive because the voice sounded so wimpy. But having a gun drawn on you can do that. Zimmerman got handled by a kid, and killed him. Zimmerman caused this by himself. The thing that keeps this from being an open and shut case is that ZImmerman was not given a drug or urine test after shooting. He will go down for something. As I said way back when, the killing of an unarmed high school student, at the hands of a grown man is not just good clean fun. Although the law was made by bureaucrats, this was a crime against a human and must be punished. I saw a lawyer analyst say this on CourtTV many years ago. It stuck with me. They were talking about a murder of a pregnant woman and the defendant, whom was not related to her, had such circumstantial evidence agisnt him, and not any real hard evidence if memory serves. But the man was convicted. The thing about somebody has to pay was the analysts explanation for the weak conviction. We definitely know who shot this unarmed high school pedestrian. We know the confrontation was avoidable. Zimmerman will pay. All making excuses for Zimmerman need a reality check. He killed a kid. You are not supporting conceal/carry or any controversial law in Florida. You are supporting a cold-blooded killer. And as I have said before, Zimmerman white friend (Frank Taafe) and his black friend (Joe? Oliver) have both said more than once on prime time cable television these exact words, "All Trayvon had to do was say he was visiting his stepmother's house, and none of this happens." That is what ultimately is going to do Zimmerman in. It shows Zimmerman accosted him and asked a question of some sorts. Trayvon is allowed to stand his ground at that point. For SSC and 75Center and others clearly supporting ZImmerman, at what point was Trayvon allowed to use the stand your ground law in his favor? Just because he didn't have a gun, doesn't mean he wasn't standing his ground. He stood his ground and whipped a grown man with his bare hands. How impressive. The grown man didn't like it, this uppity negro in his neighborhood and has the nerve to beat me down, so I will shoot and show him a thing or two.
  4. First day of law school, I'm told anyway, the professor is teaching and a mysterious person walks in the room wearing various items. Shows face and leaves after 15-30 seconds. Professor then asks students to identify the person as best as possible. This is done to show the unreliability of eyewitness testimony.
  5. Zimmerman backers keep coming up with the most outlandish scenarios. Explain why he is arrested. No law allows you to attack an unarmed man and shoot them and not face prosecution. Stop it, now. Police say confrontation was avoidable on Zimmerman's part. Everything else is happenstance caused by him.
  6. Once again elder, you are wise but wrong. Zimmerman is not on trial for murder, but manslaughter. He is on charge for mansalughter probably because he was on legal drugs. Had done testsed his urine and or blood, who knows what they find. Saying I bet they find Zimmerman was drunk is assumption. Go look up Frank Taafe interviews on youtube. He is Zimmeman's friend. These were interviews on national television. They did their own homie in. It's called dry snitching. Telling on someone when they didn't mean to. So we have a legal child being questioned by an adult that doesn't have such an authoirty. How do we know Trayvon didn't feel threatened? We don't but the confrontation was avoidable. So therefore this shooting cannot be considered incosnequestial. Crime on crime is inconsequential. A high school aged, unarmed minor is not. Think Clyde: an unarmed minor walking home is murdered. Why, because he came into contact with a guy whom accosted him. Regardless of whom attacked who first and who said or did what. The fact remains cops say the confrontation was avoidable on Zimmerman's part. The fact remains Trayvon had darn good reason for being in the area of the complex; Trayvon can throw hands and Zimmerman cannot. Zimmerman shot was a far as 5 feet away from what I understand. We can go tit for tat all day, the main fact that remains is that 3 people had immediate access to the information in this case. The lead detective, the original prosecutor and the special prosecutor. 2 out 3 felt Zimmerman should be arrested. One before the media storm, like the night of the shooting and one after the media storm. The third person didn't. He quit his job.
  7. Ask Zimmerman what if he thought the boy was 21. He said it. Not me. Every prosecution is a struggle, just some more than others. The OJ case was the prosecution's fault. They allowed a predominately minority jury, being very arrogant and trying to point OJ as a mopdern day, love-sick deranged man for a white woman in fornt of a predominately black jury. Their arrogance did them in.
  8. Trayvon is the decedant. He is represented by the people. So the prosecutor will ask pro-Trayvon questions. One thing Zimmerman won't get around is that his friends have been on national TV saying, all Trayvon had to do is say I am visiting my stepmom down at the epend of the complex. They have both said this numerous times on Piers Morgan, Jane Mitchell Velez, Nancy Grace, Piers Morgan and others. This clearly shows a question by a stranger was asked to this boy. At this point, Trayvon is allowe dot stand his ground as well. Since dead man tell no tales, the prosecutor will for him. She arrested Zimmerman because she felt the Trayvon held the right to Stand His Ground first. SHe felt the right was in hands, not Zimmerman. She knows how to interpret a law.
  9. Clyde, I hear you are somewhat a little older, so with all due respect to my elders, you are wrong again. Zimmerman has admitted to thinking Trayvon was older than 17. Much older like mid-20s. Age has a lot to do with it. Zimmerman said this in open court and this is now a part of the testimony. That is going to hurt Zimmerman, like Trayvon's brutal left hand did. Hurt his pride. Had to shoot an unarmed man so he could go home feeling like "Daddy" to Mrs. Zimmerman.
  10. I never heard of many black kids growing up in Hawaii with their white grandparents and going to Harvad Law School. But hey, the first balck president had to be a little different than most people, especially black.
  11. The special prosecutor doesn't see it like that, I sure she is more versed in the law than you. She called for an arrest. Whatever, because of the type of arrest, Zimmerman won't be able to have this expunged/sealed from his record, even in a hung jury or acquital. It's a dead body involved, FBI kinda keeps track of that sort of thing. If the ltter of the law isn't clearly written, then you go by your interpretation or spirit of the law. Apparently, the special prosecutor feels totally different than you. and whomever gave that mularkey about election year, the Revs, etc. is why she arrested him, since you are attacking this prosecutor, don't be mad when blacks call cops racist with an agenda. WE ALL HAVE DOUBLE STANDARDS.
  12. You have assumptions. I have science. It's called deduction. It's scientific, which is the route being used to solve this case. You can deduce from the facts that Zimmerman followed the boy. When Zimmerman's black and white friend that made the newsrounds before the arrest, they all said Trayvon should have said I am visiting my family. This means Trayvon was accosted and asked a question. A boy, legally a boy still because he is 17, felt threatened and probably dropped Zimmerman with one punch or Zimmerman rushed him, or else how do they end up on ground. Trayvon owed nobody an answer. That is the smoking gun, (pardon the pun). The confrontation was avoidable on Zimmerman's part, accroding to police. Nuff said.
  13. It's a dark night and I am walking home. To whom do I owe an answer to? So everyone walking in a hoodie that fits the description deserves to be stopped and questioned by non-law athuority? Sounds like excuse making for Zimmerman. Had no business accosting the boy. Now, we are back to saying that subliminal little natural selection mental balance of white superiority. The white man stopped you, boy, be a good colored boy and answer my questions because I am the white man, and if not, you still are nothing but a colroed boy and will never be on my level. Trayvon should have been polite and answered my questions. Trayvon is guilty of avoiding McGruff's warning in relation to stranger danger. He should have kept going. Oh and remember, many of you said Trayvon is not a kid and is a 17-year old high school junior. I have to treat Trayvon as an adult, but can't assume kids have sex in high school. Who is inconsistent. We all have double standards. Thanks. I feel very vindicated. It's an everyday occurence, kids are murdered? But is it something we are supposed to not fight. I find this point particulary interesting because I can rleate it to a situation in my city. When black men were getting popped by cops left and right for a spell, many peopl made excuses for the cops. But when a cow broke loose from a slaughterhouse truck, many of the same people were on the news saying don't shoot the cow. Interesting how Tryavon;s murder make you say it is what it is and charge it to the game. Nope.
  14. New MSNBC report shows says cops believe the confrontation was totally avoidable on Zimmerman's part, as Trayvon was running home in the general direction of someone would go whom lived in that area. Cop wannabe and Zimmerman was on drugs for anxiety and insominia. He was impaired. The weed in Trayvon's system was not enough to suggest impairment, accroding to toxologists. As far not responding to your post, circumstantial thinking, aka deduction, is there for you to do. What was Zimmerman high on? (Oops, later released evidence shows us) Hence manslaughter (legal drugs) as opposed to murder (illegal drugs) Maybe I didn't write it because I've said it so many times before. Zimmerman was bloodied and busted up because Trayvon stood his ground with bare hands. 1983 style
  15. Precisely. Many senior classes across the nation do this. The bureacrats, ahem the administration need to accept it. As long as nobody is hurt, just accept it and leave it be. Laugh at yourselves once in awhile.
  16. No pot truly has no bearing, but in a court of law it would. This is the defenses biggest piece of evidence. When you have the law, pound the law, when you have the facts, pounds the facts, and when you have nothing, pound the table. Now Zimmerman has at least something he can sell to the jury. Now he needs to focus on jury selection. But once again, the fact remains, that the special prosecutor knew this and still had Zimmerman arrested. There was no toxicology done on Zimmerman, and there should have been. Dead men tell no tales. But the tale Zimmerman told to police had more holes in it than Jamaican summer shirts. To answer Clyde, after you said all that, I simply ask was Trayvon violating the Neighborhood Watch program by following a suspect and having a firearm while on patrol. No and he had traces of a drug that many Americans are ambivalent about, and is medically dispensed in many states. While Florida isn't one of those states, let the record reflect that Floridians are also wise enough to realize that the drug is known to not make people aggressive, and in fact it has been widely known that it has the exact opposite effect. The only drugs that make you truly aggressive are alcohol and stimulants such as crack and cocaine. But Zimmerman was never tested for toxins. That is even if we known Trayvon was high at the time. It takes 30 days for marijuana to leave your system and Trayvon was supended from school 10 days ago. Kids will be kids. This is a kid from Miami, our state, and one of the most liberal cities on Earth. Some behaviors are accepted and conditioned, unfortunately. Kids experimenting with drugs, unfortunately is a serious issue. Others have experimented with stronger drugs and have become POTUS. Alcohol and drugs such as cocaine and crack make you aggressive, not marijuana as what was found in trayvon's system. While no toxicology was done on Zimmerman, we know he was drunk with power because he followed and killed a high school student whom was headed home to give his little brother the bag of (whips out a pack of red skittles out of her bra) the Skittles he bought for his brother. But he never got the chance give them to his little brother. Why? Because of Mr. Zimmerman needed someone to play cops and robbers with while he hallucinated about being J. Edgar Hoover during the game.
  17. Continue. Let the record reflect that in a recent thread I am the one who said we've been past the Zimmerman/Bull Connor comparisons, and you had no idea what the comment meant. I'm done with Trayvon and Zimmerman. He's been arrested and the let the law do the job the Sanford police did half-arsed. SO if ZImmerman has been arrested, then apprently, someone very important, much more important than 85Bearsfan and SSC, felt Zimmerman broke the law. So apparently, in other words, someone felt it was a criminal act.
  18. But still not ready for elite competition. But they could beat most 4A and 5A schools.
  19. Ballistics Intermediate range 1.5 inches to 3.5 feet, according to this web site.
  20. I stand corrected. It is inches. Silly of me since I have never shot a gun. However, the special prosecutoir knew this. Any information that leaks out - the special prosecutor knew before she filed the charges. The bombshell will drop with the hole in Zimmerman's story.
  21. I'm no legal expert, but intermediate range does not sound like I'm getting my head bashed into the ground, and grabbed my weapon and shot. Intermediate range is like at a distance, 10-20 feet or so. Maybe a little more.
  22. The fact remains, an unarmed high school kid died at the hands of a grown man, makes no difference if he is racist. All race does is give the story legs.
  23. Uh huh, and all the presidents since Franklin Pierce, I believe come form the same family line. So if there is a machine, Obama is a part of it. Besides isn't Obama a distant cousin of Cheney?
  24. And people are surprised their kids have sex in high school. When the girls at your school are active, no need to involve a teacher.
