The discussion has went away from the original debate. The regular season District Champ gets the trophy with a bill, I understand the post season stuff, I was just commenting on the reg. season champ trophy. I found it funny.

I've seen alot of football over the years and don't have time really sit down and compile a list but this year alone I think Elliot was better. I think Frisk is comparable to the Kelly kid from NCC.

Frisk was an bove average back when he played.....that's it. Their are above average backs in NKY every year, he's notable but not around the top and for sure not 2.

I hate to say I told you so but I will. WOW!! That was just unfair. Great teams create bad days for inferior teams. Looking back at the prediction thread, you would think a bad day would have meant a point total in the 40's, not a big fat goose egg.

Then, I guess NCC should be fortunate that players play the game and not the size of the crowds determine the outcome. This isn't American Idol.

According to you oldnumber25 it should be a walk in the park for OC since you think they have the easy title game and who is ranking defense's if Murray was ranked#1? Who did they play to earn that?

NCC and Danville are two totally different teams, outside of a couple of players, Danville's defense was awful. A good team doesn't give up 61.

When watching OC play you can tell they have a bunch of team speed but the issue is the offense and defense of line. The D line has some obvious weaknesses, strength and size. The O line will be on their heels because they are lacking the same thing. Mexitucky made a good point with NewCath's scores this year, OC will not put up 60 points or anything close to that, Ryle, a 6A state semi-finalist only put up 27 with NewCath turning the ball over 4 times. Danville's D was just bad! I've seen both teams play and in my humble opinion NCC rolls in this one. NCC 49 OC 24

Corbin has a slight advantage when it comes to speed but the size difference will be evident when they come face to face. The only thing that will slow down NCC on offense is turnovers. Corbin will need to make the most of all their possessions otherwise it will be a long night. NCC 42 Corbin 21
