Do you know if there is a schedule or bracket somewhere so I can look at it? I doubt it gets rained out, as this week looks pretty nice!

Does anyone know the teams competing in this tournament that will be starting this week?

St. Henry's field has drains, one in left field and one in right, and since the field sits on a hill, they just open the gate and the water pours down a blacktop road thing into more drains. So, St. Henry is propbably the best draining field out there.

That's why you wear gym shoes when putting the tarp on and off the field.

Struggled. All of the runs came from the 2, 3, and 4 hitters of the Cru. the 2 hitter had two rbi's as well as the 3 and 4 hitter

yupp! He only gave up 2 or 3 hits.

Knoebal went through the first 6 giving up two runs and Peddicord closed it out giving up one run in the seventh.

Way to start off the season St. Henry!

What do you guys do in the busy high school season as far as lifting weights goes? I want to workout still but don't know if I should still lift intensely or light
