:thumb::thumb: You got that right. We play I believe Lynn Camp our first playoff game. They are coming all the way from Corbin. 185 miles, over a 3 hour drive. How many fans besides the parents do you think will show up? 50, maybe 100. And Fairview is traveling over 200 miles. About 25 miles past Corbin. How many Fairview fans will go?

By hearing everyone talk. I would say that Beechwood isn't as good as last year. But they are the STATE champs till someone knocks them off. All of this talk isn't knocking them anywhere. Maybe making them a little mad... And I don't know if I would want to do that. They arn't as good maybe vs 5A schools that thay played this year. It could be that those teams are a little better and Beechwood isn't as good as last year. But if I were a 1A I wouldn't disrespect or irritate them till after the season.:scared:

And they are the champs till someone is MEAN and BAD enough to knock them off....:popcorn:

Hey jarhead, You are right about being bias towards the team you support. Thats the way it should be. Just don't bet (in fun or other) on that team unless you can put that aside. Most can't. Are you a vet? With the jarhead name it sounds like you were in the military. If so. THANKS SO MUCH.

Fairview is a alright team. Just protect the corners and little short passes.

It's sounds like to me Oldrambler that the fans are turning on the coaching staff already. Not all of course. But I think most are. And that is a shame. This coach for some reason has a long way to go to make this a really good team. But most are only giving him a very short time to do it. It's like it's already to late for most. They are fighting each other on who should start at QB and the line. ect ect. This coach has his hands full. I don't know if he will stick around if they keep acting like that. If they would only give him a chance. Say 3 to 4 years. Not 3-6 months. Need more support like PureFan and RC PACK. Most of the others are turning on the coach and bad mouthing him or just running. :cry::cry:

Westsider I didn't know what kind of teams they scheduled until I started looking at it. Some of the teams they play year in and year out are down this year. No fault of Corbin. It happens. I'm not saying Corbin shouldn't be ranked #2,3 ect. Just stating what I think. I know very little about Corbin or any other team outside my local area. And I'm sure you and 99% of the people on here are the same. We all just look at who they have played. What the score was. Where they played. What they have done the last four or five games vs who they played. Close to the end of the regular season you can get a good feel on how teams will fair vs others. Unless you are bias towards a team and you can't see through it. And I think that happens alot on here. I promise you I'm not at al bias towards any team. I try to mathematically and methodically break these teams down starting about half way through the season. I think that is a good place to start. And I know I will step on toes. And people will be upset with me for saying what I believe. Oh well. But I don't do it through my gut or heart. I study it and analysis it before I say it. Of course everyone here does the same.

Hope you don't mind me joining in a little. Looks like Raceland and one the teams down your way will be coming up this way for a playoff game. We do have a great time up here during football season. If you need directions or anything just ask. The food at the games are great. People all over the state talk about it. Plus lots of great places to eat in area. Texas Roadhouse, O'Charleys, Outback, and my favorite Chedders and more. Plus all the fast foods you can think of. If you need anything just go to a Raceland post.

BEECHWOOD if want any respect and love from the teams out west you better beat Bellevue to death. A lot of them think you are over rated. And would like to play you in the playoffs. GOOD LUCK friday!!

I think that is the formula for any win. The problem is real good teams make you make mistakes. And Beechwood is a very good team. Good luck friday Bellevue.:ylsuper:

Oh yes. Going to be a tough one. BIG rival. Big school vs little. If you have a by week GO ON AT IT THEN!! Nothing else to do. Give them heck.....
