Again, don't take me wrong. I think they are a good team and playing in 5A has helped them grow into a strong 4A competitor. Those young men have worked hard and I am not taking anything away from them.

I agree with you as well. But I have a question. Does that mean Bourbon lobbies to get moved down in class and get in a district that is weak. Rip off a bunch of wins and win district does that make them a better team? I don't think so. The fact is they came into a district in 4a that was IMO one of the weakest this year. You place them in District 6, the best they do is 3rd in conference. IMO Holmes is a good team don't get me wrong, I just think alot of their success has been the drop in class and a extremely weak district across the board.

How are the categories for district broke out anyway. School population? I've seen some that say male enrollment. Looked on KHSAA and I can't find the break out.

It is my understanding they are young. So I would say experience is the biggest factor to success. Maybe get a well rounded team to spread the work load.:banana:

Just bring a few smoke bombs..mainly as a distraction at the end to get out of the stadium so no one can see you leave after Bourbon wins!!!!!:laugh: Honestly, I will always back Bourbon and trash talk whoever we play. Have to support the kids regardless of overall concensus. Boyle is tough(4th in State if not mistaken) taking nothing away from them. Franklin County...I think they are working on it there already. Experience may have been a factor. But they have some really good kids, athletes that will make that program shine again.
