6-0 John Hardin is coming off a big rivalry game win. Will we be able to keep the focus against the Chargers. I don't know much about Jtown this year. I hope it's a good game.

41-0 at halftime. John finishes the series a perfect 10-0. Hopefully Central will renew the rivalry after a year break. QB Patrick Anderson, RB Wade Holtsclaw, and WR Dorian Collins had big nights to lead the Dawgs on offense. Eastern Ky committ Domonick Brown ended Centrals one and only drive of the game on their 1st possession with a big interception. It was all over for the Bruins after that play. John scored on 7 straight possessions. The starters set after the first series on offense and defense starting the 3rd qtr.

John Hardin travels up the road a couple miles to take on 6A Central Hardin in a big rivalry game. I think the John coaches will open up the play book this week and let the Dawgs eat. John big in this one 52-7.

Even though the score may not reflect it, Iroquois is muched improved. Kudos to their coach for getting into the school and increasing participation. They are definitely headed in the right direction. If John wants to play with the big boys in 5A they better start preparing now. Having a week off and coming out flat, unmotivated, won't get you to Bowling Green. The coaches, and players better pick it up these last five games instead of waiting until the playoffs. It will be too late by then. Grayson County in our district is also nipping at our heels. I believe they are off to a 6-0 start.

No, I wish we had a game like that toward the end of the season to help prepare us for the playoffs. Our toughest competition left on the regular season schedule is jeffersontown and Boone County. If we make it to the state semi finals again this year we likely will play Bowling Green or Warren Central. The game would be hosted by us this year.

Is this a rebuilding year for Boyle? Do they have a young team Purple Pride? That cannon you guys had scared the crap out of me. Lol. I sure wasn't ready for that. Someone told me you could hear that thing go off in Harrodsburg. Good luck in district and the playoffs.

I believe PRP is the best 6A school outside of Trinity and St. X. If they can straighten out their run defense they could make a deep playoff run.

The Dawgs played well the first half, but went on cruise control the 2nd half. Seniors Wade Holtsclaw and Dorian Collins had big games for us each scoring twice. The defense caused several turnovers returning a interception for a score. We move to 4-0 heading into our bye week.

It sounded like one heck of a game!

Hard fought game by my Dawgs. Senior HB Jalen Fleming carried the team scoring twice. Dorian Collins caught a 48 yard pass for a TD with zero on the clock before halftime. Our defense kept Meade out of the end zone in the 2nd half.
