Clark County was so stunned last night by the loss to Mason that a jersey was left behind and their REGIONAL RUNNER-UP TROPHY.

MVP of course was the HCA Fiedhouse. No way Mason wins if it is not held in Maysville, where they get the luxury of not travelling, get home cooked meals, get to dress in their own locker rooms, etc. etc. HCA Fieldhouse gets my vote for MVP.

I can't say enough about the guard play of JLang and Jordan Gilbert. Good guards will carry you along way in the post season. Our guard play was stellar tonight. Defense by committee on Stenzel was a key as well. Mason's bench was a huge factor as well with Tyler Black, Neal Pawsat, and Josh Harris all played huge with big time plays. Treg Setty hit a huge 3 after sitting out a majority of the 4th quarter. Hats of to the staff of Mason County and the kids that executed the plan. Congrats to GRC tonight....you just lost to a BETTER TEAM tonight!!!!!!

A little less than 1000 pre-sale tickets were sold this morning. For all the people that are planning on attending tonight's epic matchup, Sony Inc. is setting up a jumbo-tron at the football field for those that can not get tickets.

Huge turn around for sure and very proud of the team. I was not very impressed with the strategy tonight or the behavior.

I was there and it was embarrassing to say the least from a Mason County point of view. How can you let one player beat you, how can you not play zone, how can you not be more prepared in this game. The game of basketball creates many different matchups and Mason County was exploited time after time down the floor offensively and defensively. Have you heard of change? After the head coach received his technical, he verbally told his assistants to take a seat and sit down. I heard it with my own ears, I was shocked. If I was sitting on his bench, I believe I would have got and left and cut my ties. Administration may need to look at this, several parents are very upset over the actions that were on display tonight.

Game was proposed to be moved up to 6pm on Friday, no dice. Game was also asked to be played on Saturday and Sunday. Again, no dice. Last word received, Clark County does not want to reschedule. Hopefully, both teams will get to meet up in March.

Game will be played hopefully for all the marbles in the 10th Region finals. Talking about a great atmosphere for high school basketball. Clark is very good with alot of weapons, Mason is still putting pieces to the puzzle together.... might be a big suprise come tourney time..... Campbell is very disciplined and well coached coupled with a big win versus the Royals earlier in the season. IMO .....it all depends who can put 3 solid games together and avoid the injuries which have been stated many times in this thread. I will cheer for whoever goes out the 10th regardlless, always have and always will.

Mason and Clark ..... are held in the same regard as Kentucky and Louisville. Clark will always be Mason's little brother in the 10th region. As hard as it is to accept, facts are facts. A school Clark's size should dominate year in and year out.....2 Region championships in the last how many years makes no sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!
