You are so very wrong.....all new head coaches have to put in there own system....he is now a head coach and things for him are much. much different...

How has he handled everything thus far and his personality seems to be just fine?

Just give this staff a couple of years and see what happens at MSU......every coach has to have a little time to get things going with a system....couple of transfers sitting out this year that can flat play....thay would be a quarterback and a wide out......a little time please and we shall see......
