I was extremely proud of the MSU football team as I left the stadium last night....they were out sized and out talented at every position but fought extremely hard and played their hearts out....21-17 in mid 3rd quarter amd 35-24 and had the ball early in 4th quarter....EKU scored twice in the last 3 minutes....game much closer than final score indicated...MSU had a good game plan and were very competitive despite being out sized and talented..
Very weak opinion of MSU with no justification and just listening to your buddies that got fired...can you come with some facts or are you just a follower??
Just hate to hear people down the kids that are playing their tails off every weekend for the university they attend....and that's all I have to say on this matter..
Already did.....offense is not the same as last season.....this year more check off passes to the flats and more short routes as MSU doesn't have the long threat.....can't stretch the field as much and this is hurting the offensive production....
Yes....I have watched practices, got to see the spring game, the Pikeville game also......love to hear from the Tenyer bashers as far as how many games they have watched.....
This year's offense doesn't have the stretch the field wide outs and quarterback as well.....short routes and dump off passing with some use of the tight end.....so yes, the offense is somewhat different......
I could have coached those guys you mentioned at the linebacker position.....Smith had nothing to do with those guys playing on Sunday......bottom line is that Tenyer has a much better offensive mind than Smith and MSU has made a very good hire and it will be proven in time.....
What has Chuck Smith accomplished at the collegiate level? Linebacker coach was given to him just so he could have a job.....as a recruiter he was very ineffective so why should he have gotten the job over Tenyer?
