Springate would be a great hire, I am sure that the Danville administration would want their coach to be in the building. What does Danville have coming back? Will they be able to get out of their district or make it to the All A state Tournament? Whoever they hire needs to be someone that is committed to at least 7 years or more. They haven't had a stable coach since Ed Mckinney to my knowledge.

Farris is much improved, I had the opportunity to watch him play this summer and trust me when I say he will be a force on any team.

Anyone other than Bottoms putting in for this job, would any assistants want to move up?

Do you know who the candidates are? I heard one was the coach from Ballard Memorial, however, he has accpeted another job.

I am suprized that Hundley even put in for this job. This maybe a step up in the glitz and glamor side, but overall Woodford county is a better job. Woodford has a better chance of getting to the region and you know who is coming to your school each year.

Cravens will do a good job if hired, however, I think Bordas would have been the right guy for the job.

The obvious choice I would think is Tony Wise, however, Coach Wise may be more interested in Bourbon county.

They should hire an interim coach for a year, than hire a permanent for the next season.
