The only way that there could be running clock in the 2nd quarter is if both teams agree. I don't think that WJ would agree to that. And I think it will be the second half before that happens.

There was someone on here the other day really talking about Western do you know anything about them?

That happened last week when Bell was playing Knox. Bell was on the field and Knox didn't come out of the locker room until the 3 minute warmup period was over. The officials had failed to notify is what I was told.
