Congrats to Greenup never gave up had a great finish. The Tackett kid hit 6 three pointers. The Linthicum kid played very good defence on Knipp even though he scored 29 points. Linthicum and Stephenson had over 10 block shots between the two of them. The future should be bright for Greenup next year.

Did anybody else listen to this game? On the radio Greenup Co. was up 10 points 46 to 36 with about 3 minutes left in the 3rd. The coach put in his subs and they scored 2 points and slowed down the ball.The score was 48 to 46 Greenup Co. starting the 4th. The 4th he said they were playing slow down ball and that the coach never should have put in his subs when they had Owsley Co. down by 10. It changed the game. He is playing not to lose and cost Greenup Co. the game. Post game the coach blamed it on the team again saying that he has no leaders and not looking at things he done wrong.

What does poor conditioning have to do with 41 turnover? Greenup out rebounded Ashland 59 to 24. It sounds more like a poor game plan and poor rotation of players by the coach! Teach the young men how to break a press and attack the basket.
