  1. I won't mention any club teams or players but what about recent tryouts for AAU teams and high school aged players attending when school has started? Does this make the kids ineligible?
  2. With the State tournament going to a new format this year will there be an allstar game at Transylvania this year?
  3. I concur and also other glaring omissions are Jehn at Scott, Jackson of Campbell & Uebel of Brossart. My top five would be this: PG Mason Monroe 2G. Brent Bach SF Omar Prewitt PF Justin Saunders C Nick Jackson
  4. Congrats to Coach Kendall & the Breds! Good luck and rep the 38th next week in the Region.
  5. I think it is tough when a new coach comes in and isn't able to pick his own staff. I think it was awkward for him and his assisants. It looked like the assistants were not giving/sharing input with the head coach during the season. Every game I watched this year the assisants were just setting there and not talking. I also thought it was strange when you have Monroe who I thought was one of the top point guards in the region not playing point guard this year. He was moved to the 2G position most of the time and only bringing the ball up only when they were being pressured. The injuries this year definitely didn't help matters either. The seniors basically had to learn a new system and a new way of doing things than the past. With that all being said I still think Harrison County was and is a better team this year. I really didn't see them lose a game that they should of won with maybe the exception of Oak Hills.
  6. Congrats to the Breds and Coach Kendall. Good luck next week in the region.
  7. Great High School career Mason! I have enjoyed watching you play. Throw in two Region 8 championships in golf, 1 Region 12 Soccer championship. Numerous all 10th Region team member, all state honorable mention last year & a Jr KY-IN allstar invite. Tough nite last nite. I thought Moore and Antrobus played well last night for PC. I am also hearing Hanover, Centre and a few others are in the mix for Mason.
  8. Brossart-Campbell Pendleton-Nicholas Mason-Bracken Mont-GRC
  9. Congrat's Mason Monroe! Well deserved maybe NKY Fan will consider you in NKY now. Only the third person from PC to be invited. 1. Talbert Turner 2. Keaton Belcher 3. Mason Monroe
  10. 37th: Brossart and Campbell 38th: Pendleton and Nicholas 39th: Augusta and Bracken 40th: Montgomery and Clark
  11. LOL Monroe had 27 in that game. I don't think he was shut down. It was Pendleton's 1st game on the road under a new coach & Scott's 3rd game that week. I have yet to see anyone shut Mason Monroe down.
  12. Congrats Mason! You have had A very nice career at Pendleton County. I have enjoyed watching you play. Good luck the rest of the way.
  13. I seen on twitter today Mason Monroe just missed a Triple-Double last night. He had 7 boards 10 assist and 14 points. Wow!
  14. Very nice article about Mason Monroe in this weeks Falmouth Outlook written by Sam McClanahan. No link available at falmouthoutlook.com
