Michael Campbell is probably one of the most underrated defensive players in the 14th region. I thought he played great defense in this game.

Great game in Owsley tonight as the Owls pull out the victory. Devin Evans sent the game into OT as time expired with a shot from the volleyball line. Both teams played hard and was an excellent game.

I agree if they would a hit their free throws this game would have probably went to Hazard. But Scotty Hopson is a great player hope he comes to UK.

The Owls go into Stanton and nearly pulls off the upset. The Owls played a great game but some questionable calls affected the outcome of this game.

If this is the line up next year Owsley will have a pretty good bench to considering that they will have 2 of the JV starters from this year coming off the bench in Jordan Hardy and Zack Taylor. Plus the JV team plays Tuesday night at PCC you should come watch this group play they really show some hear and never gets down on one another.

What was the scores in these games?

The other one is Davidson don't know his frist name, but he was on crutches last night at Owsley.

Pretty good win for JBS without Cox.

Alot of the kids play varsity. The Jv team is 8-2 i think. they have beaten Powell's Jv team once and play them again next week. They beat Estill JV twice and Lee's Twice so they are undeafted in district play.

Why didn't Travis Smith play for?

Owsley county returns everyone from last year except Trey Congleton and his brother. They just have to develop a pitcher that can be consititant.

Low scoring game was it because of the defense or neither one couldn't buy a basket?

A very pyhsical game. Owsley had 3 or 4 players foul out and a bunch more that had 4. Buckhorn had one foul out. It is hard to beat a team that shoot 28/30 from the line. Done the math don't know if this is quite right but they shot 93% as a team from the foul line. That is amazing.

The Owls played a good game considering that Josh Reed didn't start or play due to disicpline reasons.
