Great game in Owsley tonight as the Owls pull out the victory. Devin Evans sent the game into OT as time expired with a shot from the volleyball line. Both teams played hard and was an excellent game.

It was an awesome game. The Owls never gave up, kept fighting back and it paid off for them. A good win for the Owls and Coach Noble. WTG OWLS!!!!!

After watching this I have a new respect for Drew Davidson from Jackson City. He took a beaten tonight. Yes the fouls were called and the majority of his points were from the freethrow line. He had 16 and had 10 of them from the line. Owsley pressured him full court all night and it seemed to wear him down after a while. I believe he fouled 2 of Owsley's players out by getting hit and getting back up. Like I said, he's tough.

This was a hard fought game on both ends of the floor. Owsley applied pressure and JC played a tough zone.

Good win for the Owls and should help get their confidence up after a nice showing the other night at Powell. Goodluck to JC the rest of the season.

Did the Flinchum kid play for Jackson City last night?

Just don't understand what happened to Jackson City. They have some good talent on this team, but just don't seem to be meshed together like they have been in the past. I know they lost Coach Hall and he was a good motivator, that has a lot to do with it I would say. Don't know the new coach from Morgan County, but when a team has different coaches every year, it's hard to really get together and play like they are capable of. Davidson is a great player and really expected a lot more out of the Tigers this year.
