I'm not saying Villa will win this game, Beechwood on paper should win by 49 points. However I'm going to stick up for my friend in saying of the sarcasm to Blake, I'm guessing none of you saying "King Blake" have ever talked to him, he's very humble about his accomplishments, alot more humble than alot of us could say we would be. He says he always needs to be working on something to make him better, and for all that work he deserves some respect. No this isn't last years team, and yes last years team was better he had better players surrounding him, but how is he being critizied for his own ability as a player? As for tonight we'll just have to wait and see, I'm guessing it will be a very quick, physical game, but should still be fun to watch!

What about the tax money then? The public school should not have the right to the tax money of a homeschooler then. If a homeschooler is tested in the school system and passes because the tax money going to the school system that they live in the student should be able to try out for the school team.

Many states allow the student to take 2 classes at the high school and play. As far as grade accountability most homeschooler have to take standard state tests and the GED to get credit for high school.

A better way would be to allow homeschool teams to join KHSAA and to play public schools.

Villa only had 4 people score in the game. Led by Bryan with 30, Schuh had 16, Duggan and McLean chipped in 5 a peice.

I'm just saying when Pittman is getting doubled then some one is open with out a defender (man to man). Thats great balance scoring. The way it should be. I'm a ture believer that the big man on a team should be the top scorer. But when you are in a small school you play with what you get. Villa has about 120 boys and girl in the high school. What are Holmes players shooting %. Maybe we need to open up a new tread about Holmes and let this one be about Bryan.

Elijah Pittman is a great player I would say #1 in the state. But with the players that Holems has 5 great players starting, and Pittman is getting dobbled every night than some one on Holems should be avg. 35 a game. I wouldn't leave any one on Holems open.

The only time that I saw him really frustrated last night. Was when the BW kid about pulled his jersey off all the way across the base line (in front of the ref) and when he turn around and knocks his hand off his jersey he gets call for the foul. Villa coach says something about it and gets a T. When did he miss open threes he had player or two hanging on his side all night. Its was funny I was sitting around BW fans last night and they even said BW was fouling with no calls. Thats just the way it is some nights. After coming off 49 point game this was not Bryans best shooting night. Also I know he has been sick all week went in school late two days. But no excuss BW has a good team.

Really I saw him play on the Stars this summer too. I fact I was stand by Alex Meacham the owner of the Shinning Stars, when he told Bryan that he was one of the best passer and guards to see the floor that he has seen in AAU for a long time. Heck even Bundy told him that he was one of the most unselfish player. You are right he no longer leads in asst. He is #2.

No disrepect to you but, Bryan is not just a shooter, top ten in nky on asst., block shots,steals, d rebounds, that is not just a shooting. He droped 35 on Seneca while being doubled and tripled ( I believe a team Holmes played too). He has played on AAU team with kid that play just like Holmes and just as big. He can jump out of the gym and has been clocked running 40 in the low 4's.Who cares if he would start at Holmes or not this year, he plays for Villa beside I think Holmes is do just fine with out him. If he is only a 5'8 shooter why would Holems want him next year away.

David Schuh is #6 in NKY for scoring and averaging over 20 shots a game, how is the chance not being presented? Bryan is also leading NKY in assists, there seem to be plenty of scoring opportunities for others beside him on the team.

Brossart always has a good coaching staff and scrapy player that bring the D.

Why do you only look at his score. He is still leading NKY in asst. top ten in d-rebounds, steals and block shots. Not only that he is double and tripled team every game. Yes, he can dunk, but dunking does not make a good player, dunks are just a good show must of the time. I will take a good drive to the basket lay up over a dunk in a game any day, but that just me. Shinning Stars(on Stars he played against Kentucky Player R Johnston from Holems and company, and the Stars about pulled off the win, Bryan lead the team in scoreing and asst.), Team Kentucky in LA. up against some of the finest team in the Nation, He did fine. Are you saying that if he doesn't put up big number in AAU he not as good? AAU is so much different than school ball. If you think he wants to just put up big scores look at the stats leader for NKY.
