I agree, a very good analysis of the game. I thought Hatton should have been involved more in the offense the second half. I think Zollo works best around the basket when he's in there by himself. It's too crowded when there's a double post. With the exception of two shots, I thought Stenzel's shot selection wasn't that bad, he just wasn't hitting tonight. The trap press caused problems. It seemed everyone ran away from the ball and nobody wanted it. Pawsat and Middleton were the main spokes in the wheels tonight for Mason.:ylsuper:

You know, I try to make some positive comments and say nice things about both teams and you have to take one sentence and make a big issue about it. I don't care if they hold it at Orangeburg , Mays Lick or Minerva next year. I would prefer Orangeburg because it's only 5 minutes from my home.

I think the bench made the difference. In last nights game Mason was able to rest their players for half of the game with their bench and Clark had to play their guts out to win against a very physical team. Clark has no bench and that really hurts. I'm not one to make excuses but Clark has a 2 hr trip and Mason is about an hr and 15 minutes. Middleton is the key to Mason's team and I thought Pawsat played a great second half. Mason hit their free throws also the second half and Clark didn't. Hatton was the spark for us the first half and the press defense took that away the 2nd half. Zollo did ok and should have been under the bucket and gotton the ball more. Stenzel didn't seem to have the legs tonight, seemed tired. Good come back by Mason. See you next week.

If the BOK ever gets the tournament again I would make some suggestions. I would have random seating to where schools could sit in a section of the gym together. The areas should be marked to where the teams should be. People for a certain team is scattered all over the gym.Just throw away those assigned seat tickets and sell a general admission ticket. I think that would be better.:ylsuper:

Everyone is not going to be happy no matter where you have the tournament. Mason probably does the most complaining when it's not held at their place. :thumb:

I agree with the neutral floor, it's the only fair thing to do. Does the district coaches decide where the regional is to be played. I hear that next year it is the 39th districts decision. If Augusta, St. Pat and Bracken would vote for BOKC next year ,would it be held there or is it an automatic thing that it will be held at Mason Co?BOKC it's a little far for most but it's sure a nice place to watch a ballgame and a nice place for the kids to play. All 3 seats I sat in during last nights game (Clark vs Scott) were comfortable:taz:.

A lot of huge plays and shots at the end but I agree Robert's 3 was big big.

I thought Mason Co was rated better than Clark Co. Check your ratings. Yea ,Mason Co will have that home court advantage again, just like old times.:taz:
