Jonah Mitchelle was supposed to be back under center this week, Wagner is out for atleast 8 weeks, Steele is questionable for next week. Dylan Napier was one player we could not afford to loose. I hope it is not serious.

I thought our defense would do a little better than giving up 33 but with all the injuries this is about what I expected from the offense. Come on Campbellsville give us Campers who could not make the trip some stats or details.

I am speechless. This is a young man who has gave his all for his school and the love of the game. He worked so hard in the off season and this was his time to shine. He was a warrior on the field and the leader of this years team. I do not know what will happen friday night, my only concern is with the heart and mindset of this young man who I know is devistated.

We were pretty banged up before the game and lost a couple of more before halftime. Our starting Qb was out with a broken thumb, Starting WB/LB was sidelined with a knee injury prior to game, we lost our starting TB/LB before halftime as well as our LB/TE before the half. #17 that stepped in was Freshman and I believe he did well for the load that was put on his sholders. I am not making excuses, it was obvious we were out manned even if we were healthy. Harlan County has some great athletes and are well coached. Good luck the rest of the season!

I appreciate the respect that some of you show us on this thread. I know that Lynn Camp Coaches, Players, and Fans will have the same respect towards your team. Tonight should be a very physical game. Our defense finished last year very strong and last week it picked up where it left off. Our offense sputterd a bit last week and will have to play better this week with less turn overs. I dont know alot about Harlan County except they are made up of Cawood, Cumberland, and Evarts which were a combined 5-16 vs Lynn Camp since 1998. With the consolidation of these 3 schools and the skill players they return Harlan County appears to be a beast. My head tells me this will be close for 3 quarters with Harlan County pulling away late. My Heart tells me Lynn Camp scores late for the win. No one seems to give us a chance to win, but that is the way it always is here at Lynn Camp. I can promise you 2 things HBO669. 1) we are not a pushover. 2) there will be no "crying" if we loose. To all Harlan County fans: Be careful with the journey over, I always hate traveling HWY 119. I will pray that eveyone makes it over ok and that your players as well as ours can play a good un injured game. I hope you have a plesant experience and continue to support us in future games as we will you.

I do not know what to expect this game. If our offense sputters like it did last week we could be in trouble. We turned the ball over a few times and I have a feeling if we do that this week we will be in trouble. Hopefully our defense can pick up where it left off last week and our offense can build some momentum. I think the odds are in favor of Harlan County but we are usually the under dog anyway. Hopefully Harlan County can pick up that 1st win week #3.

The game started late due to injuries including a serious one in the Knox Central game. It probably ended 1245 or so.

Offense started a little slow, Defense was solid. There is alot of room for improvement but it will happen in time.

I never expected this game to be a blow out, most poles had Pineville ranked above Lynn Camp. I was actually a little worried when I Heard that Lynn Camp had so many starters out. Hopefully we will have them back next week. We should be clicking real good by week three if Jonah heels up as expected.

I hear Lynn Camp is set to scrimmage Pineville on the 22nd at Knox Central. Any truth to this? Does anyone know of any upcoming scrimmages for the Wildcats? I need a heads up to get off work.

I would not doubt that Harlan county will be a beast of a team. I know that the kids have all played before but it is a new program so it may take time to get used to playing togather under new coaches and styles. The talant and coaching is in place so who knows. I would not be suprised to see this game go either way. I will be cheering for Harlan county for all their games except this one.

Hazard and Middlesboro. Harlan co. and Whitley co. will be tough games.

I think Lynn Camp will suprise alot of people this year. I'm not sure what Lesley co. brings to the table but I expect alot of this years Wildcats. They return alot of players from both sides of the ball as well as some new players that I was impressed with in midnight madness. They have a solid group of athletes and from what I hear there will be no question with leadership this year. I expect Lynn Camp to go 8-2 in the regular season and win the district .
