Lynn Camp will travel way over to Campbellsville to face the Eagles friday with or without some familiar faces. Too soon to tell who will be healthy enough to go. Should be a good game, anyway. It will be good to see a team that doesn't have 95 players on the sidelines after Harlan County this week.

Eagles are tough this year and I'm sure they will be ready to go.

Unless some of the injured Cats get healthy, Campbellsville should win fairly easily. I never underestimate Coach Mitchell though, sometimes his teams play best with their backs against the wall.

I'm planning on them not being available and having to go with the youngsters. Maybe there is a diamond in the rough with one of them. Napier looked good in his time in the game last night. Some of the younger ones can scoot. If the line plays well, could still be a ball game. Here's hoping.

The younger kids getting some quality time this early in the season will only make the Cats stronger once the injured players return. Lynn Camp may take some losses early then really come together once the cold weather hits in November.

The injuries were no totally unexpected for me, I mentioned that sometimes you are somewhat outmanned you give that extra effort and tire out, then your technique gets bad and you slow down some (not on purpose) and that is when injuries happen.

I agree, TM. BUT: One injury was diagnosed the Morning of the game, the other one happened early, well before they were tired.

Why are there so many injurys year in year out for the Lynn Camp kids. Seems like the last couple years they have had somebody with a major knee injury or something.

This game does not look good for Lynn Camp...IMO Campbellsville is the team to beat in the district...

Who knows? Just something that is happening.

From a spectator standpoint, the line play was HORRIBLE for LC last week. The starting two backs (#22 Steele and 21 Wanger) are both athletes, not natural runners. Wanger will be missed as a blocker, thats about it.

Lynn Camp will win this ball game by two TD's. Look for a strong defensive effort from Lynn camp.

They may get a strong defensive effort, but they have to be able to score some points. If their players are still injured they will have a tough problem scoring and if you don't score then you can't win, no matter how good your defensive effort.

LC will be a little out manned and a little tired from a decent bus ride.
